Cumberland Park is one of the better planned parks in West Lafayette. There are large parking lots for visitors who are there to watch soccer or baseball/softball games. So, on Wednesday afternoons, a Farmer's Market sets up booths to take advantage of the space!
The park also has a couple basketball courts, a large shelter with picnic tables, and a new sculpture at the entrance called "Rooster" to welcome the visitors coming for the Farmer's Market.
The park also has a community flower garden that adds a bit of color to the park.
Overall, it seemed to be maintained well and had plenty of room for further development.
