It's so aggravating, will never recommend going here, you might as well buy a new one and save yourself the $250. Like, if it can't be fixed or recovered, then tell the customer that. Don't wait to give the computer back after the first of the month and invoices are due and they deleted all my business info, which is pretty important when you work from home!!! Now stuck with a wiped laptop, bills and accounts that can't be accessed, and the bill for this headache.

He gave me his recommendation and suggested that it would be better to purchase a new laptop instead of letting him try to repair the one I brought in. He explained that he would probably not be able to fix it and it would be more cost effective for me to just trash it. He also did not try to push me to purchase one of the laptops he had for sale in the shop or try to swindle me out of money for something he knew he couldn't fix. I would recommend this shop and especially Paul for anything and to anyone. I know I will definitely be back in the future should the need arise.
