Don't bother going inside. Your food will take forever. All they care about is the drive thru. I've been in many times and it would if been way faster if I stayed in the drive thru. Makes you feel like they don't want people inside. Tonight I went and tried to get food. I waited about 25 minutes and when my food finally came I found out it was the tray that they had left on the counter for about 10 minutes getting cold. I swear all they care about is the drive thru. I saw the tray sitting there while I was waiting. 25 minutes for one cheeseburger. I asked for my money back, I won't be going there again. Husband went there with our youngest (10 months) to grab us dinner-- he waited for his food. They brought it. It was missing a burger-- so he called them so he wouldn't have to get baby out of the car and they told him he needed to come in with the bags and receipt to prove it-- literally had just got handed the food. Makes no sense. When he told them he had his baby in the car which is why he went through drive thru, they told him he needed to come in with receipt for them to see if it is really missing?! Terrible customer service. How about just check for the food better or better yet let the customer check before walking away and then forcing them to come in and PROVE what YOU messed up. Very disappointed with the Culver's on Fountain. I went there on 9/3 through drive through with my children. When we got home I bit into my sour dough sandwich and pulled out what seemed to be packaging tape. I was so disgusted and mad. So I wrote on the Culver's customer service website to this location and requested to be contacted. By Monday 9/7 I had not been contacted so I called the store. I talked with the manager on duty and she was un-empathetic and said we're human we make mistakes (very rudely) and all I can offer you is a value basket. Didn't say sorry, not even a sorry for your experience, nothing. I said why would I want food when I had this experience- I don't want to go to your store to eat. And she said that's all I can do. I said I have pictures and she said oh, well here's our e-mail address send them here. I wrote and email that day and stated I wanted to be contacted by the GM. No response. Sent a follow up email on 9/9 and here it is 9/12 with no response. I should not as the customer be chasing for good customer service and a response. This is terrible! read more

Once again, my husband went to get me my favorite Fish & Chips! We have been " guests " since they have opened and in all that time........are you ready?........my order has been like I ordered it ONCE!!! I took my kids through the drive thru at this Culver's. We paid extra for add ins on our shakes and waited for over 15 minutes to get the shakes. When the girl came out, you could tell she had obviously forgot about our order because the shakes were already starting to melt really bad. She apologized and we left with our shakes only to realize when we got home that the add ins that we paid for were not in the shakes. We, of course, didn't realize this until we had already gotten home and brought them inside. I tried calling the listed number only for it to continuously ring and then a fax machine to answer. Nut sure what is better a crappy burger from Del Taco or this thing they call a burger. I think the taco place did it better for a better price. To be honest, I came here because there was a hype. I liked the Wisconsin cheese curds, even though they tasted frozen and the ice cream was delicious. There are your two stars right there. The service was poor, I asked to buy a loyalty card, which gets you goodies the more you spend, and the girl told me they ran out. I highly doubt it cause I was on the drive thru and I'm sure they were trying to hurry me along. Secondly, the burger was "puny" like they used mini cows the size of schnauzers, but they're cattle. Flavorless and greasy, great for a hangover but not to satisfy an appetite. The prices were also very wrong. For a better tasting crappy burger at del taco, I paid almost $8 for a double cheese burger with bacon, very disappointed when I got hometo enjoy my meal. They wrapped it in a box like I was about to uncover gold when instead I got a piece of cardboard. Our favorite is the fish and chips! It's made with North American Cod and cooked fresh to order. Breading is light and crispy but be careful when it first comes out it's very hot! Burgers are generally bland and all ice-cream is "frozen custard" by definition (read the recipe) albeit their's is fairly pleasant enough, I find 60% of the time it's curdled due to the boiling temp of our altitude is lower. This makes for an unsmooth consistency. Mediocre. Cheese curds are obviously a pre-frozen affair and are meh. Slightly overpriced. Service is above average for a fast-food joint. Overall bland and unimpressive. Only fans from the origin region will bias it favorably. read more

We rarely eat fast food but when we do this is where we go. The food is tasty. The service is always fast and very friendly and very attentive for a fast food place. Don't leave without trying the frozen custard. So many options to choose from and you get a lot of custard for the price. If you don't have any dietary restrictions Culvers is a good burger and frozen custard place to eat. The service has always been good at this location. I give it a 3 star because they have very few low carb options. Salads, what burger place doesn't offer burgers wrapped in lettuce. They offer a gluten free bun though. read more

What an amazing disappointment. Mom had said this place was great and had a yummy put roast dinner, so when I came to visit her we had to try it. First the service was terrible. We placed or order with a young lady who would have rather been anywhere else. I had a question and was given shrugged shoulders as my answer. We then waited 25 minutes for our dinners which had actually been taken to another table. Second, food was cold and came without gravy for the pot roast and potatoes. We asked to have this fixed and 10 minutes later received our exact same plates back. Still cold and no gravy. Neither one of us ate and my poor mom was so embarrassed. I don't like the burgers, the chicken, or much of anything else there, but that burger with egg, bacon and hash browns, topped with a slice of tomato and a squeeze of ketchup is what I crave every day now. Of course, I can only really eat one or two a month, but I dream about it. I do like the biscuits and gravy in the winter too. :) read more

Really enjoyed this place the first 6 months or so they were open. Fell in love with their bitter burgers and cheese curds and their super friendly staff. Last 3 trips were a bummer. LOADED to the max, i mean it was freakin amazing! the cheese curds were pretty awesome as weell, they are from a one family farm that they work with. i think thats pretty awesome. They have frozen custard for dessert and they have a wide range of it as well. i didn't get any because my meal stuffed me good, but my brother said it was 'rich and chocolaty' hahaI would love to give 5 stars because they even bring your food to the table you are sitting at. the one reason i can't give 5 stars is the mashed potatoes and gravy, something about it wasn't right for me. can't exactly put my finger on it. read more
