In September they auto renewed my lease for 9 months and on the following day sent me a notice of acceleration alleging a prior breach. Cute right. There was no prior breach but they insisted on restatement fee. Thereafter i sent them a notice of termination 90 days in advance as is required. They acknowledged receipt and agreed to the termination (like they had a choice). The lease was to terminate on February 29, 2016. They nonetheless have continued to bill me late charges for February (which was paid) and for rent for March and April? Its only March but they are billing me for April. Of course i kept a decent paper trail knowing full well that these folk are not honorable. Stay away folks. I dont know is this company is shady or just incompetent but they are not worth doing business with.

On Sunday morning, we realized we no longer had hot water, so I submitted a maintenance request. I didn't expect anyone to come until Monday--but then I heard a knock at my door, and it was Zach. He happened to be in the building on call, and he could've easily waited until the next day. Instead, he fixed the issue in about 10 minutes, and we had hot water right away. Maintenance is one of the many reasons we love living at IMT at the Galleria. These guys do great work, and they genuinely care about the residents. Thank you!

If you live on a higher floor, you have to take the stairs whenever this happens, which is very difficult for me because of my knee issues. Parking is also a major challenge. Good luck finding a parking spot, especially during busy hours. I hope management addresses these problems and improves living conditions for residents.

She really took the time to show us different models and explain all of the amenities. We went back to California and contacted Ms. Cathe with the exciting news that we were ready to sign a lease. We accepted a unit we did not personally see, but Ms. Cathe already knew what I loved so I trusted her 100%. We signed and had our move in date set for July 31st. It was a quick move, especially coming from California, but I have had absolutely no regrets. It is absolutely beautiful here. The amenities are amazing. Maintenance responds quickly and is very helpful. The unit is stunning, Ms. Cathe picked a great one for us and we really could not be any happier. Moving here and so quickly has been such a blessing. We love it here and our neighbors are just as great.
