It's a brand new office with lots of light and great accommodations like standing desks, not only in the offices, but also in the co-working areas. A huge plus for anyone who works at a desk all day. The price points they provide are an exceptional value as well. Conference spaces are well designed and maintained for any business meetings. I'd highly recommend NolenSpot to anyone in the Williamson county area looking for a great place to work with other professionals or as a great place to meet clients in and around Nolensville.

It was past 9am when the leasing office is supposed to be open, but the doors were locked and the lights were off. We drove 70+ miles for nothing but disappointment. They will not be getting our money and they should communicate in the future. They are obviously not interested in getting our money either. They just emailed me this morning about booking a tour, they don't even understand they missed our tour. Very disappointed- give your money to a much better complex in Murfreesboro if you are searching.

I think this is my new favorite SY location in Nashville! I was in the area for an appointment and…read moredecided to bring my laptop along to check out this location and get some work done. Since then, I've been back a few more times because this is just such a great spot to knock out your to-do list! Every Switchyards has a different vibe, and the Berry Hill location is gives retro office space. There's not as much natural light at this location compared to others in town (especially Eastwood), but it's got lots of space to spread out and is rarely busy. There's one club room available to rent, along with four phone booths. As with all SY locations, the coffee and stroopwafels are plentiful. There's a small parking lot attached, and tons of free street parking as well, which feels like a luxury in Nashville these days.

I'm a starving teacher (not literally, but you know, I'm mindful with my money since I'm not rolling in the dough), so the 100 dollar a month membership fee scared me. I live in a tiny apartment with no desk space and a very needy pup so I need some place to do work and going to Starbucks has been getting pricey and too loud. This place checks off all the boxes. There are spaces to work with others but also be left alone. There's tons of coffee and tea (with creamer and sugar!) and water (with lemon), as well as stroopwaffles to keep that blood sugar pumping. I'll probably be here often and regularly now, and if you need a good study spot/ work spot I highly recommend

If you want somewhere you can go to the pool, don't live here. They don't regulate it and allow…read moreanyone and everyone to come. They allow outsiders to walk their "residents only" path constantly. They're always doing parking lot repairs and painting the outside of buildings just so they can raise rent. Residents are forced to comply with inconvenient demands like not parking near their own buildings. They'll tow your car with barely a day's notice during their projects -- and then make you pay the tow fee, too. Maintenance is unprofessional and unresponsive. A staff member once entered my apartment unannounced and caused harm to my dog by kicking and I have video of it. When my neighbor's car got stolen, management didn't notify residents of the incident. They don't communicate about crimes or safety concerns at all. The manager is rarely in the office, so nothing ever gets resolved. The apartments are literal garbage. Lights across the entire complex don't work and they never repair them, even after repeated requests. If you want to decorate your balcony or patio, live somewhere else -- they'll fine you just for having anything out there.
