I went with my kids when I was about 22 weeks pregnant with my third, to get us all cleanings. I have horrid pregnancies, and hg the whole first half, meaning my teeth suffer from constant throwing up. So. Going there I told them that was the case. And that even though I brush twice a day and try to stay on top of my vitamins. My gums are usually weak and suffering. The dentist started a fight with me. Said I don't brush my teeth, and also doubted I was pregnant. Accused me of lying and was just a total jerk. Nearly had me in tears. I'm talking. Did the step back look over your whole body and back. Laying down on the chair my belly doesn't show as much. So I had to stand up for him to believe me. And then after all that. The bill came. They double dip. Charge the max they can for out of network and then charge insanely high for simple cleanings out of pocket too. Atrociously over priced. And atrocious service. I hear the other dentist is better. But I won't go back ever to find out. Ended until going to warrenton to find awesome dental care.

From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Andrea, my hygienist, was SO gentle. I've always had a difficult time with dental scans, but she made it so quick and painless. The cleaning was very thorough and I was comfortable throughout the entire time. The dentist was also very thorough with her exam and made additional recommendations with dental care, not pushing any particular products, but ones she personally recommended. So when I was looking for a dentist in the area I had no clue where to go since I just recently moved to this area. Searched on my dental insurance app and found this place and set everything up online. Skeptical because I'd never been there before and don't know anyone to ask about it. Went to my appointment and really didn't have to wait long at all to be seen which was nice. I liked the technology that they had and how they make sure that they have a record of where you started out at. It was a very comprehensive examination of my teeth and what will be needed to get them back on track after the years of neglect. They really seemed to care and to make sure that I knew everything that was going on. Everything was presented right in front of me on a screen and I could see everything happening. I was seen by 3 different people. The first lady was there the whole time and she took my medical history and all the xrays/pictures that was needed. Then another lady checked my gums to see if there was anything wrong along the gum line. Then finally I met the dentist. She looked at my teeth and noted any trouble spots to the first lady. She told me what was going on in my mouth and what would be needed to repair and clean everything. So for a first dental appointment in over 12 years this wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. There wasn't any actual cleaning of my teeth at this time. It was just a comprehensive check of where my teeth are right now and I've got another appointment set in 2 weeks to get started on my teeth.
