This was a stressful and overwhelming experience, and your guidance made such a big difference. You took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, and you always made sure I felt supported and informed. I'm especially grateful for your honesty and your care in helping me figure out which medical tests were actually necessary. That guidance saved us money and helped me avoid a lot of unnecessary stress. I also appreciate that you stood firm and rejected the insurance company's first offer. Even though the final amount wasn't exactly what we hoped for, it was still a much better and fairer outcome because you fought for me. I also want to thank Susan. She was always patient, organized, and quick to help whenever I had questions. Her kindness and responsiveness meant a lot. If you know any employment attorneys you would recommend for a separate workplace issue, I would really appreciate a referral. Thank you again for everything you've done. My case was very complicated. I was rear-ended by someone who lives in another country who was here…read moreon vacation and was driving a rental car! At the scene, the other driver didnt have a copy of his rental agreement. He named two different rental companies that he thought it could be. I was so flustered after being hit, that while I got pictures, the plate number, and a copy of the other driver's license, I didn't think to get a contact number. I also didn't think to call the police because while the rear hatch on my Jeep was badly damaged, there was no damage to the vehicle that hit me. I felt shook up but didn't think I was injured. Boy was I wrong! The next day I felt horrible and was in a bit of pain. The day after that, the pain was enough for me to go to urgent care through my insurance. They recommended x-rays which I got through my insurance. I also made a bunch of calls and managed to locate the rental company who told me the other driver never told them he was involved in an accident. They gave me their insurance company's info. After several phonecalls to many different departments taking many hours, I finally found a claims adjuster. It was very clear this company was in the business of doing everything they could to NOT pay a penny let alone help in any way. They told me they couldn't do anything until they heard from the other driver. What an exhausting mess! (I wish I had gotten Shawn before I did any of that!) This is when I asked the question we all ask our friends and family in these types of situations: "Hey, do you know any good lawyers?" We ask that because there are a lot of bad ones out there. They recommended Shawn because he had just helped them by getting them medical help and a settlement as well. I got lucky, because Shawn isn't just a good attorney, Shawn is a GREAT attorney! From the first time I talked to Shawn I found all the things everyone wants in a GREAT attorney. He helped me get the extensive medical treatment and physical therapy that I needed. He also took the complicated mess off my hands and did all the work. Every time I had a question, Shawn either answered his phone or called me back the same day. I couldn't even get that kind of service from my own insurance company who I've paid a lot of money to over the years. Over the course of my medical treatment, Shawn stayed on top of my case every step of the way. He kept me informed and handled everything so I didn't have to worry about any of it. Through it all, Shawn talked to and negotiated with everyone for the sole purpose of taking care of me! He made sure my vehicle got fixed, my body got fixed, and that I was financially compensated for my loss and inconvenience! The next time someone asks me, "Do you know any good lawyers?" I will tell them, "No, but I know a GREAT one! Call Shawn, here's his number!" TL;DR Don't settle for a good attorney. Call Shawn, he's a GREAT attorney!
