Love Collinsville Trade Day flea market as there is always something for everyone. We walked to the top of the hill where the live animals are sold and made our way down and around the isles. We weren't shopping for anything in particular but got some good deals. It was a perfect cool/breezy/sunny October day which made it even better! Alabama is a lovely state! However, Lesia pulled the item for another person that commented 3 minutes after I commented. I sent Lesia screenshots showing that I commented first, no response. I posted the screenshot and tagged Lesia in it, no response. Lesia was active on the page, so I know she saw my posts, just chose to take no accountability for her mistake and ignored me. Very unprofessional. Lesia made a post in the group "it's a great day to shop at the pickers choice" so I commented on that post and said that I would love to shop the pickers choice when I come to pick up the item I claimed, but you chose to give it to someone else. I messaged the page as well, and they called me a bully. I guess I'm done shopping here!

Pros-It's a German Christmas Market in Alabama! Who Knew!! And it's Free to Enter!! Cons: Can get overwhelming with people fast. I suggest going during the week and When it first opens. I suggest going when it starts in November instead of close to Christmas on a Sat. The parking is a mess . We were so lucky to get a space right across from the entrance. Not going to lie they need more Restrooms!! I suggest going to the left side . The one by the skate park is only 1 stall. Ridiculous! Rides were packed! Middle - It's expensive not going to lie We went through probably 400-500 bucks easy on food and the carriage ride for 3 people. We waited like a hr to ride it. The ride is short (about a block) 8-10 min per load of people. You do the math when you are in line. Better yet look at the line before you buy the tickets. Those behind me were in for a 2 hr wait no joke!! They are in need of more tables to sit!!! They have private areas that cost like 50 bucks (heated) Are you serious?!! Unfortunately it is Dog friendly. I didnot like this because 1. Some people like me are scared of big dogs 2. Dogs have been known to snap (imagine the noise and stress with so many people) Make no mistake We will be back but they need to tweak it for it to be better for sure.
