In after-COVID world a lot of us had to make some adjustments and count our resources and redistribute them in a more efficient manner. I figured that actually having them was not saving me anything. My wife likes cold water and I enjoyed being able to make a cup of tea right away, but other than that... We have fridges and tea pots and we live in a modest area with very long winters. So...one way or the other we are used to waiting much longer than one may consider reasonable. The straw that broke the camel's back was their leaky 5 gallon jugs. Like in 5 years there were few obviously leaking and they were replaced/refunded almost immediately, but then couple times there would be a plastic jug seating and leaking very slightly so it was not noticeable to the eye right away, but then all my floors will be wet and I would have to bring in huge fans to dry my household and to make sure there is no mold. So it was good while it lasted, but not the cheapest way to get water in the area. Few misses on delivery dates, but most annoying was storing water as I was never sure if there won't be a small leak and in winter it gets too cold to store those jugs outside.

She lives close to me and it was very convenient for me to drop off items to be worked on but I need some slacks taken in before the 18th of February this month for a funeral and she would be the last person I would take my tailoring to when I only have a week to have them altered or done satisfactory. Seems she is not focused with her tailoring responsibility's or has other things more important to do rather than run a prompt and on time service. I must say she was always friendly and lead you to believe everything was going to be on the up and up....

Both times, they responded quickly, and not only replaced the gaskets that were worn, but took the time to educate us as to how the system operated and made certain the area was spotless when they left. Very murky. a call to the Twin Falls office did nothing but schedule a vague time for the next business day, a Monday. We can not just speed home whenever they decide they can show up. And again, to be told that maybe it was contaminants in our pipes when we've been using those pipes for ten years -- without murky water and film--was insulting. We'll see what happens. Would have loved some guidance if this is just a matter of running water for a few minutes to clear out THEIR little nuggets of ick in what they installed.
