Very awesome local business. They have a lot of different plans for you to pick from. They are also very eager to give back to the community and to support the local events. Culligan units are made in USA and so by purchasing from them you actually support American workforce and local initiatives. It is fairly hard to constantly filtrate and monitor the air we breath in especially within the vicinity of the fertilizer plant, but we can always make sure we filter and consume clean water. Culligan offers simple hassle free installation and plenty of option to chose from, equipment uses few patents registered all over the world and with proper maintenance and regular care able to serve for at least few decades. I had Blake and his company, Culligan Water of Pocatello, install a RO system in my convenience store in Soda Springs. The install was very well done. He had a few issues come up BUT Culligan of Pocatello was great about getting the issues resolved. My customers and I are very happy with the results. Our soda fountain drinks and coffee are much better without the flavors of the hard water. I am VERY happy that I no longer have hard water deposits accumulate on my ice makers and in my kitchen area. I am certain my hot water heaters are also going to love the RO water, The system was worth every penny I paid for it. My hat goes off to Blake and his people. They did a great job for me. One of the worst service experiences I ever had!!!! I had culligan water company come out to fix my culligan soft water system!!! The technician come and apparently fix the system?????? A few day later I went back into the utility room to find the system leaving water ... I call the office and asked to have the technician return to see if the leak could be fixed.. they didn't have any concern that it was leaking and scheduled a technician to come out five days later!!! At the time the the technician came out he looked at then leak and left .. I then revived a call from there office... they explained to me that they could fix it but would have to schedule another appointment that would be another $79 Dollar service charge ... I explained to the person from culligan that the system wasn't leaking before!!!!! She then explain to me that I should just call a plumber... I asked why the technician just didn't call me let let me know about the repair at the time he was there... she didn't have a answer for that and ended the call!!! We used culligan for two years or more. The coolers always leaked water on the floor. When we called for repairs they would bring another replacement cooler within a week. They would work for a couple weeks then start to leak again. I started keeping track of the machines and discovered they were just switching the two coolers back and fourth sometimes not even fixing them. We also had a water softener down in the basement. After dealing with them over and over with the water coolers we decided to just cancel the service all together. We called them to pick up our equipment when they told us to stop paying and the maintance guys would come get the equipment. Two years latter we still have the equipment in the house. After multiple times of trying to get them to come get the equipment we gave up. Today I went in with some empty bottles I found in a closet. I reminded them that we still had equipment for them to pick up. After checking into it on the computer the lady informed me that the account had been sent to collections and the equipment was now are responsibility. I stated just because your maintance guys failed to pick up the equipment it wasn't my fault. She said they made multiple attempts to pick up the equipment. I can honestly say they never had a problem getting ahold of us when they switched out the coolers. They made no phone calls, sent no statements, or left any notices that they were at the house. Seems like a good way to force a sale on an unhappy customer to me. I WIIL NEVER SUPPORT CULLIGAN again. UPDATE:: upon reading this review the management contacted my wife. He said he would have the equipment picked up on 9/14/18. They showed up on time and were very professional. The manager also stated he would reverse the collection process. read more
