Also the only other company who agreed to have a look were those fellows in pink trucks and oh boy....they charged me like $90 to diagnose what system already self-diagnosed and the only assistance offered was cleaning flame sensor and advising me to keep sucking out the water case it overfills again. However the tech guy left me with same error I expected him to fix. I was very impressed that Carter had all the tools and knowledge to test the system and parts most likely to cause the issue and that the part was promptly ordered. I would prefer them to service our system simply because they know what they are doing and are professional when it comes to the long lost art of communication.

Due to needing to reroute the inside water heater fuse box, they had to come back for two additional short periods. They did not charge us for the extra hours beyond the quoted price. Fair price, good work, excellent company to work with. And really nice guys, too. Other companies that gave us bids were extremely high with no details. One didn't even come to the house, just gave a number on the phone.
