TBH I have been with culligan water softeners in Barrie for 25 yrs , I originally bought my system used from them , a softener and a iron filter , the iron filter exploded , I choose not to replace it , and the mess it left on my floor , to this day I can't get rid off the stains , anyway I ended up just renting a unit about 10 yrs ago , I am a member off the salt program , I called over a month ago for salt , they said they r short a driver I could not get salt for a month , the day my salt was supose to come , I called at 3 pm as it did not arrive , the lady said it was shown it had been delivered, I told her it most definitely was not delivered to my home , she said I'll call u back when I talk to driver , at 3:30 I called back she said she still had not spoken to driver , I said u r going to get back to me before u close , they close at 5 pm and did not open again until the Monday , she assured me absolutely she wuld have fixed the situation before closing , guess what it's now 4:45 and no call , so I call back , I listened to music for 15 minutes, then off course I got , our office is now closed , please note where I live , we only have salt delivery every other Friday, which means another 2 weeks no salt , BTW I offered 3x to go get the salt myself and was told I couldn't do that , To say I'm pissed is an understate, I am looking at canceling my contract and finding another company. read more
