Popular local chippy as I could see when I decided to eat in as many local people popped by, is not a touristy fish shop on the main strip and all the better for it. There is nothing fancy, just a 4 or 5 tables and chairs with some plastic forks, the staff were friendly. What more can you ask for, great quality produce with some fresh sea air. I got a chicken temptation, with full salad and mayo. The service is usually high quaility in Subway as they make the sandwich infront of you, it also seems very hygenic as their gloves for each customer. The staff at this store were very outgoing and very keen to advise us as to what to do and see across the weekend. The sandwich was delcious and left me wanting more which my not be the best thing.

The staff have always been friendly and the order filled correctly and relatively quickly. The only complaint I have with this KFC is that in the summer when Newquay is busy it can be virtually impossible to get a seat. There are a few tables downstairs and a few more upstairs, but it is no where near enough most the time!
