I came into this place to get a new rack for my Dolce Gusto machine and walked out without the…read morerack, but as a customer who will continue to return here for any needs that can be filled in such a place. But why? Simply amazing customer service. We walked in and almost immediately was greeted by a girl named Nadine, with a huge smile. The rack we wanted was out of stock, but I just couldn't leave empty handed since she was soooo ridiculously helpful. She knew the products she was selling better than anyone I've EVER encountered in all of Norway. It is actually really refreshing to know that places like this exist in Oslo...a place where I think customer service is lacking immensely as a whole. But it does...and my experience at Kitch'n Oslo City is proof of that!

It's a so-called "warehouse," so you know it's big and packed with lots of stuff. My favorite thing about this particular IKEA is how well organized it is and how the displays are always on point. The "budget corner," a small area with very cheap items either damaged or returned, is located by the cashier checkpoints and worth a look, too.
