I came into this place to get a new rack for my Dolce Gusto machine and walked out without the…read morerack, but as a customer who will continue to return here for any needs that can be filled in such a place. But why? Simply amazing customer service. We walked in and almost immediately was greeted by a girl named Nadine, with a huge smile. The rack we wanted was out of stock, but I just couldn't leave empty handed since she was soooo ridiculously helpful. She knew the products she was selling better than anyone I've EVER encountered in all of Norway. It is actually really refreshing to know that places like this exist in Oslo...a place where I think customer service is lacking immensely as a whole. But it does...and my experience at Kitch'n Oslo City is proof of that!

The house has two floors, the downstairs one is a smaller meeting room, attached with a kitchen. Upstairs the hall is fancier, with a stage, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, as well as a cloak room. It's located on a residential street, a short walk from subway and bus. On the other side of the block there are several restaurants, including coffee shops, so even if you are not utilizing their kitchen for meals and refreshment, it's pretty easy to take care of that with a few minutes walk.
