He called Broadway mortuary. Only one person showed up. Maybe because it was late at night. This employee actually had the nerve to ask my brother to help him get our mother into their vehicle! She'd just died! He understandably told them he couldn't do it. Honestly! The nerve! I wouldn't trust them for anything. Every time I'd ever have to drive by Broadway mortuary I'd think of how awful they are. I'm so glad I don't live in Wichita anymore. Idiots.

If you just need someone to put your loved one in a hole then they can handle that. But if your loved one is a veteran and you want them to have funeral honors or a headstone, don't count on Cochran. I've seen multiple funerals done by them where they've not done the work to make sure these men and women get the honors they deserve and many fought for! It's absolutely deplorable! Please if your family is a veteran, go somewhere else.

Cochran with a little effort, training and expense this service could be easily improved. I know first hand how much mortuaries charge for services so this really is unacceptable. The audio of the music was extremely poor, most memorials have a slide show and the setting of cameras and angle was less than desirable for viewing and I could not hear any of the individuals that spoke at the service about their memories as a portable microphone was not provided. Overall from an on line perspective very disappointed in their service.

From the time that I reached out via a form on their website to the time in which actual services had to be rendered, I always felt like Core had thorough respect for my father's posthumous wishes. Communication was timely and clear, showed a wonderful level of reverence, and never left me asking questions. Gim made my family feel comfortable with this portion of the process while respecting our grief, providing the needed details, ranging from transport to paperwork. Personally, I felt like I could not have made a better choice. Mortuary services are very much à la carte, and core cremation starts their services at $995. When you add on certificate certificates, urns, or other remembrances, your price tag can go up, but the value is spot on. it was an honor to fulfill my father's wishes and Core Cremation helped to ease our hearts during a difficult time.

They also had not saved seating directly behind the immediate family for other close family members (this is done out of respect for the family) even though this is normal professional courteous procedure. And there was not enough parking in their lot making it difficult for people who had to park out on the street (during rain) especially for those who were elderly and/or disabled.
