If you're looking for a diverse, knowledgeable and competent childcare center, Cuddly Kids is the place for you! It was evident to me that Mrs. Mersi (Director) and her staff cared a great deal about the children each day. As a parent, (who needed childcare for a few weeks), I felt confident leaving my child at Cuddly Kids after speaking to Mersi on the phone and seeing her facility the following day. I can't express how grateful I am for their patients and understanding while caring for my son during our transition. I had to select one of these stars for this dirty daycare that does not even deserve a quarter of a star, but because I need to warn people about this daycare in this textfield, I needed to select a star to be able to write a review. Anyhow... Based on my 4 months experience with this dishonest daycare, Im going to warn you about taking ur innocent kids there and who cannot complain to you about how they had been treated. Cuddly Kids: They dont change diapers up to 2-3 hours, although if ur kid had poopoo! They caused unbelievable rash to my kids many times, and whenever I complain they just say, "OK dont worry we'll take of that" and nothing changes. They lie lie lie, they say ur son eats too much "they are such envious" and when I take him home he is starving even though I ask them about last time they eat before I check my kids out. They have different bad smells everyday I go I smell something different and it sticks on my kids hair and clothes. They lose and mix my kids' stuff with others. They told me nobody gets into the infants' room with shoes because they crawl on the ground, but I finally caught them more than once. They said they dont have bacon or pork in their meals, but they do and one of their staff has informed me. the infants' powder milk bottles shouldn't be used after an hour since u make it, but they keep using a bottle up to 3 hours. the HORRIBLE thing is when ur child makes mess on his clothes like poopoo, they dont change the clothes even though my kids have a box for each, and everyday I put at least three extra clothes and they dont even use one and claim that Americans' customs are like that since americans prefer to change their kids after they pick them up at home. (how can i keep my kids dirty and stinky for couple of hours??????) after this problem, i realized why I smell different smell everyday. They use others' sippy cups with my kids although my kids bring their own everyday. They use different diapers\different sizes although my kids's box filled with diapers. One day, I complained about in of the staff and the owner's response was " I got tired and I dont know what to do with them although I train them..." that indicates the owner hires unqualified people since I swear God she changes them every week. DONT thing they are honest when u see them receiving u pretending respectfulness! They are a god damn fakers, they say we teach ur kids ABC and other stuff, they're fucking liers all what they do is to watch them useless cartoons they're not even educational cartoons. Lastly, to prove how much owners are rude and disrespectful, they told me that when i go to them I talk a lot, and all what I talk about is asking about my kids. Then, they said if u dont like this place dont come back. Since then, God has blessed me with my kids's luck since i've found a BEAUTIFUL daycare that I can see how much my kids look different and became much much comfortable. When I was in Cuddly Kids, whenever I go to pick up my kids i found them cry, but now they see me in the other daycare and they run away avoiding me taking them. Kids are your life DO NOT put ur life in a dirty place! This is NOT incitement, however, I needed to warn you because it is related to your "lives" your innocent children. read more

We have taken our son here for about a year now. He loves it! I am amazed at how much he has learned and how much his communication has improved since attending Cuddly Kids. Many of the kids are regulars like he is so he has been able to make a lot of friends. He has learned his ABC's their sounds and can identify letters, learned colors, numbers, and how to play nicely with other children. The front door is always locked, to provide extra security for the kids. They are always great about making sure my son is clean with a fresh diaper before he leaves. Health and safety are clearly a high priority! The staff is kind and friendly. My son loves to see his teachers in the morning and insists on hugs and high fives before he can leave. It is clear that my son feels safe and comfortable here. The price is affordable! Especially for that care that my son is receiving. He is safe, secure, has fun and is always learning something new. I really appreciate the hours that the care center is open. There is plenty of time for my husband and I to drop our son off before work, and pick him up afterward without rushing. They are also open on Saturdays if need be! One of our favorite aspects of Cuddle Kids is the owners. Shawn and Merci are kind and respectful to us and our child. They have become friends. Merci is very good about keeping great communication about what is going on at the center, and my son. Especially when there has been in climate weather, Merci is great about keeping me informed. I am always greeted with a smile and a kind word. We love Cuddly Kids and will continue to take our son there as long as we can! read more

I highly recommend Cuddly Kids, and have send many friends there as well. My daughter has a great time and I know she will be greeted by name and cared for as family even though she just goes occasionally. The staff is patient, loving and she always seems to have enough fun that she doesn't mind leaving my side! I am especially grateful that I know all her needs are taken care of when she is at Cuddly kids, including feeding her meals and snack. My boys 3 and 4 years old have been enrolled in Cuddly kids for 2 years . My kids are very happy and I know they are being well taking care of. sometimes they do not want to go home with me because they are having so much fun in this daycare. If you are looking for a clean day care with good food and, fresh fruits and veggies on the menu cuddly kids is the one. friendly and professional staff and super nice owner. I highly recommend Cuddly kids . I also know they do not tolerate rude or abusive people. I was there when this guy was expelled and I am glad he is not coming there any more. I would not rate this if it weren't available for a star. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE TO ANYONE!!! The beginning of this week I had an experience with an employee who had not properly wiped my daughter and has FECES left in her underwear which has caused her to have an INFECTION and her skin is PEELING. As been told by Doctors in the past infection is caused to females especially due to long periods of time of wearing a dirty diaper/underwear. I had contacted Mersi and said she would speak to the staff. Next day spoke to an employee who had asked me where the feces we're located because according to the one who changed her that my daughter was playing in her feces and putting it all over the walls. This was a complete LlE!!! My daughter is one of the cleanest kids and would freak out if she had a runny nose or speck of food on her face. I had put the bag into the laundry 24 hours before and when I for home there was a full amount of FECES in it (which I have proof of) I WAS LIVID!! This incident happened twice. Last time in October of 2016. Thinking this issue was taken care of, according to Mersi she thought this woman was conspiring against her business and was told she has fired her. But in the process of discussing this, even though it her right to have her keep her as an employee for two more weeks, she asked me If I was ok with having her stay another two weeks!?!! I could not believe what I was hearing. Why would you want someone who is conspiring against you to be around our children. She was all worried about the loss of her employee and paying her out. No integrity earned nor care for their clients. She kept going on and on about how she's suffering a loss and she has to pay this woman. This is not my concern. This was done to me and my child. And you should take the responsibility. She promised a week free of daycare, but told me that she couldn't come in in Saturday because it was hourly. No stipulations were discussed and this was my first time taking her on a Saturday. A promise is a promise! Especially going thru this disgusting and unsanitary situation. She then told me a few hours after questioning her. I emailed her saying how upset I was that she backed out on a promise to me. I told I didn't care about that policy because she had agreed free daycare. It should have not been a problem. Again saying things about her loss of employee. She had told me that since I don't care about the policy that my daughter and I have to find daycare elsewhere!!!! I had went up there and reiterated that I will be contact cps and she sent me an email saying that she can come in Saturday and we have daycare until the 24th. That's not what she said initially. She was just trying to save herself that she had let a mother and daughter go with no consideration. I am utterly disgusted with the the unprofessionalism that Mersi has diplayed and trying to put guilt on me on the loss of her employee as well as letting us go and not taking responsibility. We have taken our daughter to cuddly kids for the past two years. The owner Marcy is wonderful with the children. The prices are very reasonable & they are very flexible with the hours they are open. They are open late on Friday & Saturday night. The children have always been clean & happy when I've picked up/ dropped off our daughter. When we leave she always says that she had a fun day & looks forward to going back. Meals are provided for a reasonable price & again they have always been very flexible about preparing a breakfast meal if I drop her off & they have served earlier that morning. They always ask if she has had something to eat at the time I drop her off. Marcy provides programming, arts and crafts, & holiday themed events. There is a nice playground out back and plenty of toys inside. The front door is always secured. This is a very nice place to take your child I am confident that the children are cared for and safe when they are there:-) read more

Both of our kids have gone here off and on for a few years. Some of that time has been every weekday from 8-6. We LOVE them! They take care of our kids beyond just watching them. They have worked with them on reading and writing and art projects. They have outside play as well. My son attended for around 2 years and we loved Cuddly Kids. The only reason we changed daycares was because of new jobs that put us on another side of town. We were so sad to leave. My son loved his teachers and Mersi and the staff were so kind. I know they loved my son and cared about his growth and development! I also don't think this kind of flexibility with hours is very common, so we lucked out. We miss it! read more

This place is amazing! It is clean, efficiently run, and they have healthy snacks. There is a gated in outdoor playground and they have separate rooms for all the different age groups. They are extremely safe, always locking the door before and after you drop your child off. They have really nice workers and they do really fun activites. I HIGHLY recommend them. Their prices are better than some of the other play care centers as well. read more

We enrolled our 4 year old daughter at Cuddly Kids fairly recently and all of our experiences have been positive. Our daughter loves her teachers and it is obvious when we drop her off and pick her up that they love her and care about the well being of each student, beyond the "job requirement." The school environment is not typical of most daycare facilities in the area. The day to day routines are largely whole group and learning experiences are primarily authentic or creative in nature. If you are looking for a program that is made up of highly structured and curriculum based classrooms, Cuddly Kids may not be what you are looking for but if you are seeking a program that is safe, supportive and positive, you should check it out! read more

THIS IS THE KIND OF DAYCARE THAT IF YOUR KID DIED IN THEIR VAN THEY WOULD SAY IT WAS YOUR KIDS FAULT FOR NOT GETTING OUT WITH THE OTHER KIDS. I recently enrolled my son who is 2 years old at Cuddly Daycare 1 month ago, yesterday my husband and I went to pick him up and his eye was swollen and had a black mark. I asked the young lady that worked there what happened to his eye. She looked at it and said I don't know. I said ok who would know? She said I can check and see if they wrote anything in the log. She said no there's nothing here you can call and check with the owner tomorrow. The next day comes and I take him there in the morning( I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe my son was hit by another kid) THEY KEPT KIDS OF ALL AGES IN THE SAME ROOM. I asked the lady Do you know what happened to my son's eye, she said no OMG what happened. It did not happen on my shift and she apologized. My husband called that day to see if they had video surveillance... they said yes they did and we can view it when we picked him up. So we get to the Daycare and they had all the kids in the coloring( Which I haven't seen my son coloring or learning anything since I started taking him there) And the owners husband kept saying( while we were looking at our son coloring) he has been rubbing his eye all day. So we went to the front to view the video and the owner(wife) immediately got defensive and kept saying they were playing with bubbles that day and something got in his eye. I asked can we see the video and she said we delete them everyday. The husband kept suggesting that we hit our baby in the eye and took a picture of it at home. Then the owner got prejudice and said they just want a credit like all the rest of them. Which let me say we never asked for... all we were concerned about was what happened to our baby. We took our child here and expected him to be cared The owners of this Daycare are Very Unprofessional, Sympathetic... to sum it up they were very rude. They kept telling us we have served over 100 kids and you are the first ones to complain. The husband said if he fell and hit his eye it was my son's fault( LET ME REMIND YOU HE IS 2 YEARS OLD) They basically were yelling at us and blaming us for what happened to our son... I think for $195 a week we should have been getting better service that what we have. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will be reporting this place to CPS and the police department. No one deserves to go through what we have. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE... KEEP SEARCHING THERE ARE GOOD DAYCARE'S OUT THERE The owner could've said to us you know what I'm not really sure what happened but I'm so sorry this happened and it will never happen again and we would've been okay. read more
