In addition, we needed work to be done so I could host Thanksgiving so there definitely was a drop dead date. This group shined. When you do a major remodel and choose to live in the house through it, many challenges arise. Our first day was demo-day. The path of plastic they built to minimize the dust was an architectural marvel. I felt like I was walking through a quarantine tunnel. Given they are in your house for several weeks, it was an incredibly professional crew. Friendly conversation, validating decisions, asking when new questions arise, working hard, and beautiful artistry of their skills were experienced each day. Changes in design were met with a can-do attitude (we decided to raise our shower head late in the game). When new options arose (new shelf in shower inset) they asked if we'd be interested. Scheduling was always coordinated with our need and one result was that we minimized our time out of the house when all of our hardwood floors were redone. This builder has exceptional relationships with cabinet makers, tile shops, and carpet and appliance stores which makes choosing options much easier. Because of those relationships we had top notch service in each store and all the help we needed in making the right choices. I can't say enough about the positive experience and the process of this complex remodeling. Dan, Dave, Jesus, David, and Carlos, stop over anytime. I'm happy to make another pan of lasagna for lunch and catch up.

Capstone was fantastic to work with. I initially started the roofing project by collecting 10+…read morebids. I eventually narrowed those bids down to 3. From this point it really came down to attitude and it wasn't even a fair fight. Dave Mack had an amazing attitude and personality to boot. He was attentive to the details and went over everything with me multiple times, to make sure I was comfortable. Dave was also present on the job site to work with me through all of my questions - I'd like to think I'm pretty hands-on. For my house, we went with the architectural shingles with the weathered wood coloring. We replaced my roof caps with a crisp bronze color that makes everything pop. We replaced all of the metal pieces with the same bronze color, spray painted the old cast iron pipes and even gave my furnace exhaust a new top. There were only 3 vents that stayed black. This was by choice, as a few years of the weather elements would have left these chipping and would require more maintenance. Dave went over all of these design choices with me to formulate the best possible solution for my house - one that we would mutually agree upon. It's worth noting that the entire job took roughly 4-5 hours to complete. Regarding pricing, Capstone was not the cheapest, nor were they remotely close to the most expensive. You get what you pay for and in the end, I received excellent service, an efficient job and a beautiful looking roof/house. I believe I was given a fair price, great service and high quality workmanship to boot. In closing, I'm writing this review, not to simply recommend that you use Capstone, but that you give them a chance. If your bidding experience goes anything close to how mine went, I'm confident you'll pick Capstone. Not only that, but once the job is complete, you'll be proud of the work done. Thank you, Mike

"Absolutely Thrilled with Our Main Floor Remodel!"…read more We recently had our main floor completely remodeled, and I can't say enough great things about the experience. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable. The team was incredibly communicative, respectful of our home, and always on time. They worked on updating our kitchen, living room, flooring, lighting, and even added some custom built-ins that turned out beautifully. Every detail was handled with care and precision. What really stood out was their eye for design and ability to translate our ideas into reality. They made great suggestions that improved both the functionality and flow of our space--our home feels more open, brighter, and far more welcoming now. The project was completed on schedule and within the budget we agreed on, which is rare these days. We've gotten so many compliments from friends and family, and we couldn't be happier with the results. If you're considering a home remodel, especially for high-traffic areas like the main floor, I highly recommend this team. Lamont and Terry are the real deal!

We talked to a few contractors, but Mark from Roncor was the first sales person who made us feel like someone could be as excited as we were to actually do the project. From the initial phases of designing the house with Tom and Mark and seeing what it might look like with their software, to the actual building of the house itself with Kevin and Will on the main build team and all the subcontractors they used, we were nothing but pleased. We knew exactly what we were getting and what it would cost, nothing was done without our OK, and for those few problems which arose they were dealt with immediately with Roncor accepting full responsibility for any difficulties. Everyone with whom we worked was wonderful, and obviously cared about our project. We now have a new kitchen, downstairs play area work room, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest/boys bathroom, and boys bedroom. Not a single room in our house was left untouched. And we love it all! At the end of the project, we asked the guys involved to sign the wall on the inside of our front closet because that's what artists do when they complete their work - they sign it. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a hassle-free construction job well done, call these guys!
