I started with my unit under $200 per month, one of the bigger units which wasn't bad for the size, within 6 months the rate changed and I started paying more than $300.. couldn't keep up with it and eventually my unit got auctioned off, and I lost every thing, including important documents .. When considering using this company, keep in mind that the rates WILL change and rapidly, that's how they make their money. .

COMPLETE SCAM PLACE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Online it said 50% off first two months…read moreand had a price of $20. I called and spoke to a guy who said there was no slash through the $20 so that the 50% would come off the $20 (versus the $20 being the 50% off price). So I paid online and did all the paperwork for my mom. There was an additional $20 new account fee and it was the end of the month so the amount due was only $26. My mom went to put stuff in the unit I'd gotten her and they charged her more fees which she was told "online doesn't show." It has been two weeks since then and she went to the unit today only to see their red lock on it for non payment. They said the money on 6/1 didn't come out of my account automatically (which it didn't because they didn't withdraw it as they should have) so it was a late payment and would cost her an extra $47! When it was no fault of ours. Besides the fact that it was supposed to be 50% off the first two months. The front desk man was yelling at her that he didn't personally do the paperwork so she doesn't get the 50% off and that it's not his fault they didn't automatically withdraw the money from my account. In total, we paid over $100 for just 2 weeks of usage on a unit that was only supposed to cost $10 a month with that discount. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

The facility has A/C running so it is ACTUALLY cool inside, which not only is good for the items being stored but also made the process of storing heavy items a bit more enjoyable.
