This guy is a scammer!!!! Told my 10 year old daughter that a section of phone cases were 10p, I…read morecame in and clarified they were 10p three times....he said yes. I said wow that's great. we bought 3 cases, looked on my bank statement later that night and was charged £30!!!! I rang and rang the shop no answer. went into the shop and he basically said that 10p & £10 is the same. he refused to give back any money u til the police came and sorted out the situation and clearly told him to distinguish very clearly pounds and pence!!! SCAMMER!! AVOID!!!!

I came to this shop to receive a phone repair service (screen replacement). After 1 hour the worker…read morereturned me the phone with new screen but a touch screen function was not working properly.(very slow) I asked for replacement or I said I did not want to pay for this poor quality service. They took my phone and did not want to return it to me until I pay. I asked to call the owner. The owner came and told me that there is no solution for me and offered to pay with 50% discount, but I denied this offer as my phone was not working properly which means I have to repair it in another place again and spend more money. The owner eventually returned my phone to me with my original broken screen ( it was more broken than before) and they said that if I am not happy with their service the only thing they can do is to take my written complain and send it to owner personal email. (Which did not guarantee me anything) so I received my phone with broken screen but it is not working anymore - screen is just black. I am not able to use it and they did not installed it correctly. So to summarize the situation- I came to this shop with fully working phone but with small crack on the screen and received it fully smashed with not working touch screen (just black screen).

Was in here a couple of times last week for a couple of reasons; one was to buy myself a new iPhone…read morecover and the other because Colin's phone was smashed beyond repair and apple wanted £150 to repair it. Unfortunately it wasn't much cheaper in here because of the severity of the damage, so he just got himself an iPhone 5 instead. Because that made sense. Both times I came in I was served by different staff members. The girl who served us regarding Colin's phone was chatty and smiley and really helpful, asking questions and giving suggestions as to where he could go or what he could do. The second time I went in myself I got a guy who acted as if he was 100% out of it on something, because I took the phone cover up to the counter and he just looked at me, so I said "Just this", to which he replied "Ah, just this..." and continued staring into space a la the caterpillar from Alice in Wonderland. He wasn't pleasant and I've never felt so awkward in my entire life. I fully plan on going back as my mum's iPad is cracked and I'm gonna enquire about that, but hopefully it's the girl working!

I had my MacBook keyboard replaced here and initially I could not recommend them enough…read more However just under 6 months later a fault has developed with the replacement part due to the quality. iRepair are refusing to resolve the issue, despite it being within their own 'warranty' and covered under consumer rights. I will not be recommending or returning again. Report now submitted to trading standards for review.

A man named "Sherkhan" (at least that's what it sounded like) said it would cost £ 35 and be ready…read morein 45 minutes. Came two hours later, he said that the non-original screen will not work, the original will cost 65 pounds and need to come tomorrow. Good. Came at evening of the next day and he tells me that he cannot fix and I need to go to the Apple store. At the same time he inserted the broken screen back, but completely destroyed so that nothing could be seen from the screen. I'm going to the Apple store, where they tell me that the previous person who opened the phone broke the fingerprint recognition button. I go back to G-mobile and say that I was told. Sherhan was gone, he was upstairs and I had to wait for him for half an hour before he came down. I explained the situation to him and he started to react aggressively. Took my phone, even the model which he identified is not correct (it was an iPhone 7, but he said it was an iPhone 8), pulled out recognition device and began to poke it in my face, simultaneously shouting that nothing is broken. But he worked before him. He also said that because they are not official seller even if he completely broke the phone, he will not be responsible for anything. Any other information to me refused to provide. Also, he did not provide me with a receipt for purchases, I still bought a mouse before. There was no evidence that he was the one who broke my phone. So I could not dispute his actions. The broken button cost me 148 pounds. What we have in the end: 1. Terrible service. 2. Not the professionalism of the employee. 3. Poor quality of work. 4. No guarantee. Such people create a negative image of all migrants.
