Physical therapist recommended massages to release some of the tension I carry in my neck and…read moreshoulders, so I came here a couple weeks back. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing environment. The massage itself was harder than I'd like as a newbie, but with the amount of pain my back and neck have been in for the past few years, I was banking on relief! Tried to explain I wanted more pressure in my neck and less in my back, but I don't think I voiced myself properly. I imagine the pain will be less as I loosen up and go more frequently. The popping/cracking I heard in my back was both terrifying and satisfying at the same time. While I was a bit sore after the experience, I hadn't felt that good in ages. My neck pain had all but disappeared for about 48 hours after. The most relief I've had since I started having these problems. ALSO, the man who did my foot massage loved my water bottle because it had a picture of a cat on it that looked like his daughter's cat. He was very sweet and showed me pictures! When I left said water bottle behind in my post-massage-haze, they called me to come grab it before I made it out of the parking lot. All-in-all, satisfied with the experience, results and pricing. Will be booking another appointment this week to continue testing the waters. Will update upon my return appointments :)

While my passive ROM was moderate at best, my active was incapable of lifting. I suffered for a day and night, which I was up to experience most of it due to the pain. The next morning, I came to Panda Massage before they even arrived and waited in the parking lot. They were about 15 mins past the posted open time so I almost left but am so glad I waited. I called and due to a language barrier, an appointment was not secured. They arrived and the lady called me back. I went in and they greeted me immediately. I explained my pain and the manager assigned my therapist. My therapist was attentive, asked questions, conducted gait tests and immediately assessed with trigger point therapy. It was incredibly knowledgeable and effective. I was told to give it a couple hours and use my arm then come back in a couple days. Exactly that is what happened. My arm felt so much better. It would be a five star rating but when I went back I requested the same therapist, which I got. The therapist recommended oil massage vs combo. I complied because at this point, I am confident in their ability and expertise. I didn't feel the second treatment was good. Not even mediocre. To be fair, we went in the evening vs first thing in the morning, so the energy levels are completely contrasted. Either way, the first session was so amazing, I will be going back to reevaluate. Still definitely recommended.

I do recommend calling and making an appointment just because of how busy it can get. I always book with Jenny, she is amazing! Unlike some foot reflexology places, they incorporate a good amount of work on your head, neck, arms, and back. Some reviews on here mentioned how loud or disruptive staff can be (phones on, burping lol) and they're not wrong. But that's just kind of how these places are, they're not your typical spa experience and you get what you pay for. In my opinion they're well worth the price.

We were taken back by the repetitive question, given that this was communicated in advance before our booking. I could feel that the woman who massaged me was reluctant, that was the second red flag. She wasn't gentle with placing my arms and lots of loud sighs, in addition a loud ring tone. There was another employee who had a loud ring tone on his phone. I would have rather them reschedule us if I would have known this was going to happen. Be mindful of who you allow to massage you, our skin is the largest organ in our body and energy can transfer. I will not be returning back...

This place was awesome...until it wasn't…read more My experience there with staff and most massage therapists have been amazing. The owner, Teresa Fromm, however, is a different story. I switched insurances at the end of July and had a service every day for like 10 days to utilize my benefits. For years I've used my Navia/Flex Spending account to pay my copay. Early September she addresses me loudly from the front desk about how I owe $60 in copays. When I questioned how she stated it was because her staff hadn't run my card so 4 copays went unpaid. I explained my frustration with that because they had always ran my card and that now, the Navia card was turned off. She took no responsibility for her staff and kept saying "well you still need to pay it" as if I said I wouldn't. I was just expressing frustration about her staffs unfortunate bad timing when it came to not doing their job. At one point I said "being in between jobs, unexpected bills are a hardship" to which she loudly said "IT'S ONLY $60". It was embarrassing. When I told her that she was very unprofessional, she said "talking to you is like talking to a trash can" and walked into her office. She then came out and said "FINE I'LL JUST WRITE IT OFF" which again, was embarrassing. I'm not broke. I just wanted some accountability. I was shook. I also tried to be kind and assume she had a bad day. I kept my other appointments, knowing that I rarely had to see her. I like the therapists there but clients are supposed to get 50 minutes of massage but are constantly shorted by their lack of time between clients. It's another frustration there. Then, I came in yesterday and they brought me to a room with a therapist I don't like. I immediately saw this person (who's head was down as they were making the bed) and stepped back from the doorway and said "no" because this wasn't the first time they've tried to put me with that person. It's also not who they told me I would be with when I made the appt. That therapist also never saw me. I ended up seeing someone else for treatment. Afterward my appt., Teresa brought me into her office and IMMEDIATELY yelled at me telling me I was "rude to the therapist" (the first one, whom I never interacted with) and "fired me as a client". I will be filing formal complaints about her through the right channels. In the course of the short interaction she said "there are 5 therapists that won't work with you here!" News to me, especially since I see the same people repeatedly. Seems if I was such a problematic client, a conversation should have been had a LONG time ago. I also typically see the same people over and over so...I knew she wasn't being honest. I believe that she's just been waiting since the money situation to come for me. I have every right not to be forced to get a massage by someone I do not like. Teresa is incredibly unprofessional for expecting me to just shut up and accept it. I know her staff apologized to me for the outburst about the money...it was cringe to hear someones staff have to be embarrassed for their boss. That said... Many of the therapists are great there but I would avoid putting money in this woman's pocket. To be demeaning and hurtful to clients is never ok and as the owner she should be setting the example for professionalism. Instead she's rude, loudly embarrassing and unprofessional. Go somewhere else if you can.

After I was done changing and getting on the table, the massage therapist came back in and casually said that while in the break room he was talking to the other massage therapists and they said they all felt bad that he had to do a prenatal massage and that "they hate when they have to give prenatal massages". For the massage I needed to lay on my side as expected because of pregnancy. And while it was a comfortable position, he only massaged half of my body. Never turned to the other side and he said this is the way prenatal massages are done. I didn't really realize how bad the experience was until I told my doctor and saw how shocked she was. Thankfully she won't be referring to this location anymore. If you're not pregnant I'm sure this place is great. But if you're pregnant I highly recommend finding a different place.
