Everyone showed up when they were supposed to, the work stayed organized, and the project kept moving. As a bonus, Ray and his whole team are friendly and kind. He worked hard to get me and my son into the house by our deadline and they did it. What really set him apart was how collaborative he was throughout the process. He talked through options, helped me weigh tradeoffs, and worked with me on cost without ever losing sight of what we were trying to accomplish. He consistently kept my goals and budget and timing front and center, communicated clearly, and handled the inevitable surprises of a renovation calmly and professionally. He's still working with me to get every detail right as I get settled into the house.
