I expected to pay about $400 but was billed for $1200! When I contacted them to explain that I was not expecting to pay this amount but I wanted to find a way to pay it, that I just needed a payment plan--I was told that this was not possible and if I did not pay IN FULL within 15 days, it would be sent to collections. In this economic climate, this is really not how you should be running a business. I would not recommend Augusta. Many other services available in Milford to choose instead.
