When they finally got to me, I told the nail tech that my callouses were bad. When she finished scrubbing I told her that the callouses needed more work. Get this, she said next time. I would have insisted but that would have made me late for an upcoming appointment. I have to say that I will n e v e r return to this salon. Very disappointing experience.

While waiting to get my nails done I asked the owner if he would please extinguish the incense since I was having a problem breathing and having it getting worse the longer I stayed there. I was told by the owner that the incense was burned out, but it was just lingering in the air. I knew that was not true as the smell was still so overbearing and my breathing was getting worse with the moments moving forward. The black man also working there approached the front for another customer, so I finally asked him to please extinguish the incense. He went over to its burner and blew it out! I got up and left since I couldn't breathe and didn't like being lied to ("it's burnt out"!). Also- from other customers there- it was freezing in there, as well as charging another woman $30 to remove paint and buff nails- no polish, no prepping to do overlay fill-in, nothing else! I will not be back and will take several other friends I've had going there with me to a healthy environment where I can breathe! Lastly, the black man had finished his customer and asked who was next- I said I was, which was true, but owner wouldn't let me go next! More reports to come over this - unbelievable!
