Andrew was straightforward, answered all my questions, and I felt absolutely no sales pressure. The shop itself is very professional and welcoming--definitely not like visiting a pawnshop. Andrew was transparent about how they determine evaluations and took the time to explain everything patiently. In the end, I felt I received a fair price for the coins I sold. I had looked into selling on eBay, but after fees and other costs, there really isn't much left for the seller--so this was a much better option. The only minor downside was the parking. The lot is angled, and I had some trouble getting out because an oversized truck was parked nearby. I ended up backing out without issue, but fair warning for anyone who isn't great at parking! Truck renters park in front of our…read morehouse constantly (we are right next door to their parking lot), when I ask the car owners why they park in front of my house instead of using the parking lot, I am told the employee at the Uhaul advise them to park in the street instead of using the parking lot to ensure someone driving a truck does not ding their car door, meanwhile the Uhaul employees use the parking lot. Next time you rent from them consider the inconvenience to the person who live there that maybe elderly, handicapped or even a parent with kids... any of them could have groceries and unable to get them to the house because they have to park a block away, or if it's raining or snowing and have to walk a distance to get home because the Uhaul rental at this location is not providing parking for their customer.
