The shop also quoted me a low estimate for the repair we thought it was. They looked at the truck and determined it wasn't an immediate repair and we were still roadworthy. Even though they were extremely busy at the time, he took the time to bring my wife to the truck and explain the issue to her in detail so we could have it fixed back at home.
