The radiology department refused to do my mri of my wrist. They were absolutely rude about it. I was given the paperwork from rheumatology at 2:00. They wanted to call me and make an appointment at at later time bc they were "booked." There was only one person in the waiting room. I was there from 10:30-3:00 for appointments and asked to please get my MRI today so I didn't have to drive back. Rhematology told me to go down there (I was told they could do walk ins), but they refused me when they didn't have to.... There was no one in the office. They just didn't want to take a patient. They figure they make the same hourly wage regardless how they treat people and regardless if they help people. This MCC made prob 5k on my from my insurance today, but they couldn't help me. The lady up front was incredibly rude about it. An older lady, heavy set, with grey long hair and a stormy disposition. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said she was in charge herself. She would email Kaitlyn maze. What a way to treat your patients. Not a place I'll be getting any MRIs done at. My insurance money can go elsewhere. Called and let them know how their employees were treating their patients.

I made an appointment days ago after I was advised walk in clients may wait up to an hour. I arrived to nine people waiting. It's 25 minutes past my appointment time and here I sit. The only reason I am here is because I've done multiple phone calls and online chats with no resolution to my problem. I've had FlBlue for 4 years and never had an issue until this year. My advice- if you don't have an appointment with the service center- don't bother going. And even if you do, prepare to wait 30-60 minutes. One lady who was a walk in had been waiting 3 hours, because she was secondary to appointments (which I totally agree with). But yeah, it's a very busy place.
