Also there was a few promotions that would come around for a free tshirt or a gift card or extra points. When I'd ask why it didn't show up on my account there was alway some excuse. "Oh you didn't register." I've been a member since 2018. "Oh you walked in instead of scheduling a appointment." Well if you stopped letting people abuse me when I schedule an appointment that wouldn't be a problem. "Oh it wasn't within the time period." I'd check the give away times and it would be within the time. Or when I do place the order you'd send it and it would be delivered to the wrong address or "lost" in the mail so I wouldn't ever get it. You have a habit of censoring google reviews for no reason. There is serious problems with this place and no one does anything about it.

The Red Cross in Las Cruces, NM gave them some initial help, and said don't do anything else until your case worker contacts you. That was over a week ago, but after many phone calls, the case worker has not contacted them. And the original Red Cross person who came to do the intact information, keeps passing the buck and saying call the case worker...but the case worker never responds, or has tried to contact them. Meanwhile, they still have no place to stay and need help with housing, replacing their documents and are basically having to put their lives on hold. They were told, "Don't worry, you will have follow up help after the fire"....but crickets chirping. Then today, Red Cross has put an ad online for donations to help Syrian Refugees. That's OK, but these kids are US citizens who've paid taxes, who'd parents did as well and who's fathers are US Veterans.

Since my last donation was in early February, I decided to donate my blood to assist my fellow service members abroad and home. Process was very smooth. Customer service was rendered with utmost care and safety. It probably took about 50 minutes from the time I registered, filled health questionnaire out online, being interviewed, health vitals taken and actually gave blood. I was asked to help myself to some drinks and snacks and remain in the facility for additional 15 minutes for my own safety precautions. Overall very good experience. Folks were professional and caring. I know not everyone is able to donate blood, but I believe it's my civil duty to give blood as long as I am able. Give blood, give life!!

Right off the bat, I already needed to say how impressive this place is as a blood donation center…read more Even though I didn't appreciate how the phlebotomist started my needle placement because I can clearly see how the needle is not flush with my vein. My right antecubital vein (top elbow aspect) is always my go to vein for blood draws or donations especially. So I decided to point it out to her immediately and not have to fuss. Unfortunately she missed my vein and tried to blame it on my veins rolling. I said, no because this is always the good vein that everyone uses when I donate and it never rolls. She had no further comment, nor did I. I just wanted to get it over with. I was very well hydrated and in great health that I was done in literally 5 minutes. Goes to show you that I also shouldn't have had any rolling main veins. No matter though cuz I was ready for snacks. This place redeemed itself that much more because of their impressive assortment of snacks and drinks. Best of all? A freaking popcorn machine! This sweet old lady was starting to make it and made sure I took home a whole bag of fresh popcorn and said I can take more snacks and a water, even though I had my own. Super sweet! I don't mind coming back to this location because of that snack experience. When I'm physically able to again in a few months anyway lol.
