My brother told me about this place. I figured I would give it go because it was for a good cause. When you first get there you are "expected" to read and watch videos on their mission and the potential risks. I say expected because everything is automated. You have many things to watch and read. When you go through the process they read it to you anyway to make sure you know what's going on. Everyone was nice and informative. You have to have nice and plump veins in order to donate. I was in and out. On your first couple of times being there they tell you to just cut the line. It's a courtesy. I spoke with someone was "in front of me" and they knew. so this location is supposed to be open Monday through Friday until at least 7 PM. for the past few months they have been closing early without letting people know. If they do let people know, It's on a piece of paper at the office but if you get out of work at 5 and you plan to get there at 6 because they close at 7, you won't know that until you arrive. The gas is already wasted, the time is already wasted. they close early on Saturdays around 2pm, but lately they have been closed in general on Saturdays. There are a lot of people who donate because they enjoy donating, but they also need the money. They are able to put out a notification on the CSL plasma app. They do that occasionally but nowhere near enough. The service is fast when Kevin is working, and Ten was really cool, but she left. There are definitely a few people here that are incredibly nice and take care of you fast and efficiently. The phlebotomist in the back are nice and fast. I never really have a problem. They just need to fix their hours and hire more employees. read more

great care , my only complaint is that they close randomyl and rarely pick up the phpone. However i have never had any issues with my funds. Just be sure to dont let your points expire. i missed out on about 800 dollars from referrals because i did not know about the point system. read more

CSL in Edison has the best phlobotomus ever, Ms. Jadyrz, Ms. KB, and Ms. Yesenia are gentle, real good giving you a needle, and adds a very serene and encouraging experience when you are donating your plasma by talking to you or listening to your story. If you are thinking about a place to go to donate, I highly recommend CSL in Linden. Also you are in and out of there within the hour,, no long lines, and no long waiting to get to the donors room due to the accessors like Ten, and the others. read more

Beyond the first 5 to 6times dont go. The money is only good then i had to call corporate on them for their behavior,​

the wait is looong- be prepared. the whole donation process with commute takes 3-3.5 hours which is a commitment on its own. and on top of that, out of 4 of my visits so far, I got the office closed twice due to 1. unforeseen circumstances and 2. someones family emergency. notice on the window or door is not helping - time is spent, gas is spent, frustration level is up. they have a bloody app - how difficult is it to send a notification ahead of time???? or out time and money spent on gas account for nothing?? read more

The staff were kind and helpful, but there was human error with the new donor process that prolonged more than the expected time. The actual donation process was fast and to the point; plus, payment was immediate after the donation was finished (prepaid card that can be used at an ATM ). If you need extra money quick and to help a person in need in the process. I would recommended coming here. Please note that the needle they use is big and and not tiny. This place makes you wait ...wait ...wait...not reccomended...long lines and alot of empty seats

I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. Unfortunately, he was not able to complete his donation because he passed out. However, the team at CSL Plasma on Inman Ave made sure he was taken care of. For the whole 2.5 hour process as a first time donor, they helped him and took great care of him, assisting him in waking up and providing him with fluids. From check in to check out all the workers were extremely helpful and kind. My boyfriend wound up passing out again on the way home so it's important to know that Plasma donations aren't for everyone. Make sure someone picks you up and drops you off. If you are thinking about donating do not take this process lightly. Especially if you pass out, you may not be able to receive your red blood cells back (this is what happened to my boyfriend) Drink A LOT of fluids and eat a very large protein rich meal 1000+ kcal both before and after donating. My boyfriend was still paid. He is doing much better now after lots of food and pedialyte lol, thanks CSL team for taking care of him! read more

The wait times are RIDICULOUS! On Monday, I waited 90 minutes to start my donation. Today (Friday 8/11), I've been here for an hour and a half, and I'm still waiting on line. Not enough staff! And every time I come, they tell me they are hiring more people and getting them trained. It's definitely not worth the time. read more
