Turn up at this gym and you'll find a huge and beautiful boxing/martial arts gym. You'll train like you're Rocky. I start out with a nice 20 minutes of intervals on the stationary bicycle. Then I hop on over to the bench and do 4 sets of 12 reps of the dumb-bell chest press then I hop on over again to the rack and grab a barbell for bicep curls to the tune of 4 sets of 12 reps once again. At this point I'm gonna tear into some nice lentils to get the protein into me. Then I go for a nice stretch on the extensive floor of padded mats. That is really very nice. I love rolling around; it makes for a nice and relaxing stretch. Come to the gym. You will love it. The hardest part of working out is getting yourself to the gym. Then there's the actual exertion which is also hard but your body will thank you afterwards.

Attendance in yoga classes are getting smaller because of this, they have room to make a studio but owner will not consider this as it will not bring in the big bucks! to hell with his current clients!!! don't get me wrong this could be a luxury gym, with a little effort and care from the owners.
