She never pushed us to make a decision too quickly, tried to convince us that we needed something more expensive than our range, or tried to brush away our concerns in favor of trying to close a deal. In fact, Melanie's knowledge and attention to detail caught red flags in properties that we never would have known to look for, saving us wasted time or even major headaches had we moved forward with those properties!
