He said the blonde older woman took the package, scanned it, typed it in and said "OK" he asked "is that it" she said "yes ok" he left thinking it was taken care of. So after noticing my return wasn't being completed, we realized he went to the wrong mailbox center! I went in to ask the woman about the mistaken drop off! She said "nothing is here" she didn't bother to look around to search or offer ANY EXPLANATION!! It was dropped there -so it's there somewhere or other coworkers took it? I firmly asked her are you sure it's not somewhere here -she semi looked in one mail bag -just shook her head "nope nothing in here"! I then called her & asked her if she could look at store video from @10 days ago if I gave her the exact date..she said "I am NOT going to do that" then I told her "OK"and she hung up on me. I consider this theft. I looked at all the Google reviews as well as on here and CLEARLY obvious there's something very wrong with THIS STORE & HER harsh energy she exudes on customers. Something shady about this! Pic of dress below!
