If I could put negative five stars I would. I dropped our taxes off at the front desk and was told…read morethey would call me when they were done. A week later I hadn't heard from them so I called bac and they couldn't find me in their system. They finally found me and I was told that they had assigned me to someone that didn't even work at their facility. They said they didn't know how that happened but assured me they would have them done on Wednesday by 5:00pm and we were supposed to come then to sign the forms. I took off work early on Wednesday and my husband and I drove the 20 miles into Town and arrived at 5:10pm only to be told they couldn't find our taxes. The lady at the front desk said we were scheduled at 5:45pm with Ashley and she doesn't come in until 5:30. So my husband told me to go get dinner and he would stay at the H&R office. I then get a text from him while waiting for my food. That Ashley arrived but she hadn't EVEN STARTED our taxes. I went back and told them this was unacceptable and I was taking my business elsewhere. They kept blaming the new girl. The worst run business ever.
