Citana was very responsive in scheduling our cleaning via email. The team arrived on time and called prior to arrival to confirm. We wanted to find a local, reasonably priced cleaner that we could try for a one-time cleaning before committing to a recurring cleaning. We will certainly be using them moving forward. They did more than just the bare minimum and were very thorough. They work quickly and efficiently, and were friendly. Absolutely recommend Supreme Cleaners to others in the DC area.

The email and text reminders were well worth the time in lieu of life happening and schedules possibly changing. They even provided a link to track the crew so you would know how close they were to the house; always a plus. Next, when they came in, they accessed what needed to be cleaned and executed the tasks at hand with care and thoroughness. They were in and out at the appointed time with a job well done. I certainly will use them again. I had my mother's house cleaned and the price was competitive.

They moved furniture to clean underneath, cleaned out my toaster oven (because who ever had time to do that!), and went above and beyond. Not only do they do a wonderful job cleaning, but they are also very professional and friendly. They talk to my toddler and don't seem bothered that he tries to show them all his toys. I feel very comfortable having them in my home (with or without us home) and around my children. They even brought Christmas presents for my two children! The process for getting a quote and arranging timing once we connected was very easy, and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to the scope of the project, which I really appreciated. In terms of the actual service, I cannot speak highly enough of Swept Clean. I requested a one-time deep clean of the apartment, including an oven and refrigerator cleaning. For the entire main area of the apartment (kitchen / dining / living) and one bedroom and bathroom (approx. 750-800 sq ft), plus the oven and the refrigerator, the entire cost was $399. This was definitely more expensive than some of the other quotes I received from larger companies, but honestly it was completely worth it when I came back home and saw the finished results. I wish I had taken before and after photos to demonstrate how incredible the job they did was. Everything was near spotless--even the baseboards, which my roommates and I have neglected in nearly two years of living in our apartment. I also have two cats and there wasn't a single strand of cat hair left when they were finished and the house smelled so pleasant. I am so so so pleased with the whole experience with Swept Clean, and will definitely be hiring them again any time I need a home cleaning!
