At the time, I was an established Tennessee Titans Cheerleader, actively pursuing my music career, traveling for opportunities, and genuinely excited about where life was headed. I initially came in simply because I was interested in crystals. Over time, I became involved in the store's meditations, purchased the owner's book, and participated in energy sessions with both Ataana and Amanda. During those sessions, I was repeatedly told things about my life and spiritual condition that I had not shared with them, including suggestions about hidden trauma, poor boundaries, black magic, entities, prosperity issues, and other unseen influences. The owner's healing method also encouraged interpreting nearly any internal sensation, image, thought, or feeling as spiritually significant. At first, I trusted that these practices were intended to help. Looking back after eight years, I no longer believe they did. Instead, I felt increasingly fearful, confused, dependent on their interpretations, and preoccupied with finding hidden spiritual problems that always seemed to require more healing. What concerns me most is not that the practitioners held metaphysical beliefs. It is that I came away feeling that ordinary life experiences were repeatedly reframed as evidence of spiritual attacks, energetic interference, or unresolved issues. Rather than becoming more grounded and empowered, I experienced the opposite during that period of my life. This review reflects my personal experience over an extended period of time. Others may have had different experiences, but it took me years to fully recognize the magnitude of the impact this had on my life. The experience was profoundly unsettling and harmful to my well-being. I cannot recommend the energy work or teachings that I received there. Over time, I chose to step away, reestablish my own discernment, and return to the beliefs and practices that had served me well before I ever walked through their doors.

Inside, we were welcomed by the resident Siamese cat, which immediately delighted my four-year-old. He loved exploring the shop, touching and examining the stones, and feeding the koi before we left. Our favorite part was the geode-cracking station. We chose our own geode, and the owner cracked it open right in front of us to reveal the quartz crystals inside. It was fascinating to watch, especially for my son, and the geode cost only $15. The owner and his family were incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The shop has a huge and beautifully displayed selection of minerals, gemstones, fossils, shells, geodes, and other natural treasures. The enormous ammonite fossil was especially impressive, and parts of the shop felt more like a museum gallery. The prices were very fair, too. For only $55, I purchased the geode, a quartz obelisk, a quartz pyramid, amethyst, rose quartz, and a sage bundle. Every item was carefully wrapped in thick tissue paper for the trip home. Earth Forged would be wonderful for families, collectors, geology enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a unique and educational outing. My child and I had an amazing time, learned a lot, and left excited about everything we had discovered. This hidden gem is absolutely worth a visit!
