After they came last fall to close down our sprinklers, in February we paid $195 for opening and closing in 2026. We made an appointment for service in April. They canceled that appointment so we made another which they also canceled with various excuses. When they didn't show up for our 3rd appointment, they stopped responding to calls and texts. We finally reached Eli Grillo and asked for a refund of the $195. He promised to drop off the money which he didn't do. We've now hired another company and I'm sure will never see our $195. I'm not sure what their issue is but strongly recommend to not hire them

He then rescheduled me for the following week, with a specific date and time, but never showed, and ghosted me on the several calls and texts I placed to him. He also never returned my $195 check which he said he would. Now, I'm out the $195 and I had to hire a different sprinkler person to turn on my system. Bad business! He may be overwhelmed with service calls but that does not excuse not communicating with someone who is waiting for him to show up, or taking money for no service provided!

I asked for an estimate to have it turned on, and they could not find any record of installing the system, but magically have an unpaid balance from 2005 in their records. I don't have access to banking records from that long ago, and I find it suspect that they can't verify that they installed my system, yet they're unable to claim an upaid balance. Lately I have only been calling them when something breaks. When I called today, Alicia said they didn't install the system, which is bogus, because the sticker on the control box is theirs. She said "there may be sticker but we didn't install it". Then she said they came out in 2021, which they did. She then offered me a service call in June, by then the growing season is over for me.
