After several legal battles throughout my life, and having my share of lame lawyers, I highly recommend Inge Fordham. Ms. Fordham's communication with us were clear, concise and her guidance was balanced. Having to litigate is never easy, and when you end up in such a position, you want to know you have the best representation you can get. Rest assured you will find great quality within this law group. Our experience was so good, we are hiring Ms. Fordham for real estate contract work and I have recommended her to another group I work with. We had a great experience working with Ms. Fordham. I'm sure you will too.

As the daughter-in-law involved in this transaction, I can honestly say hiring Lee was one of the…read morebest decisions our family made. I was actually the one who found Lee after searching through countless attorneys on Google and Yelp. I spent a lot of time reviewing profiles, reading feedback, and carefully comparing options because we knew this was not going to be a straightforward sale. We wanted to make absolutely sure everything was secure and that our family's interests were fully protected -- especially since this was a private sale and we were heavily involved in helping manage the entire transaction. This was not a simple situation. My husband and I were renting the home, the landlord decided to sell, and my parents-in-law -- who live in Southern California -- stepped in to purchase it so we could remain in the property. The home includes a detached ADU on a single parcel, which added additional complexity. The seller was difficult and often unpredictable -- the type who believed he knew more than everyone else and frequently changed positions. Lee navigated that dynamic with steady professionalism and quiet confidence. He protected our interests without escalating matters unnecessarily and stayed focused on ensuring everything was handled correctly. My father-in-law is extremely meticulous and reviews every document line by line -- sometimes multiple times over (a bit too much at times). Lee was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Even when we went over documents ten times, he remained calm, thorough, and respectful. That level of patience meant a great deal to me personally. He carefully reviewed the PSA, disclosures, and escrow documents and was in full communication with the escrow company throughout the transaction to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks. Knowing he was overseeing and coordinating every detail behind the scenes gave us tremendous peace of mind. What stood out most was how personal it felt. He wasn't just processing paperwork -- he genuinely cared about protecting our family. It truly felt like he was looking out for us the way a trusted advisor would. If you are looking for an attorney who genuinely has your best interests at heart, do not hesitate to call Lee. We will absolutely go to him again without hesitation for any future real estate needs. Thank you Lee for everything!

My disclaimer here is that I know next to nothing about any type of law, and my brain nearly explodes at the sight of a spreadsheet or any piece of paper that has "legal document" written on it. And that's why I hired her. Needing to set up a PLLC for a new massage therapy business, I contacted Erin based on a referral from Your Man Friday accounting in Capitol Hill. That referral was spot-on...I couldn't believe how thorough and quick Erin was at completing the necessary steps. Really impressive is the fact that she didn't drag her feet. Considering that she is a lawyer that charges by time, and she gathered quite quickly that I am an idiot when it comes to anything law or business related (I swear I'm a good massage therapist though!), Erin had the opportunity to stretch things out and perhaps get a little more moolah out of the deal. Far from it: she was fast, thorough, and responded very quickly to my inane questions and emails. Considering she has to deal with WA state and city of Seattle, processing everything was crazy-quick. I appreciate everything she did for me, and I highly recommend her for your lawyer needs. I should add in another thing: my significant other is a previous business-owner and has been through this rigamarole before. (Also, he loves spreadsheets and other nerd-stuff like that.) He was seriously impressed by Erin's practice, and plans to use her in the future for any other needs. I think you should be impressed that HE was impressed. ;)
