All I can say is wow Best decision I made. Amy and Franco were amazing. Between the amazing…read morecommunication and the menu design and drink options. They are an amazing couple with an amazing company and amazing staff. Franco and Amy were so nice and super easy to work with. I felt like I always had a drink in my hand! I would turn around and there would be Amy with shots. And on my wedding day after the ceremony boy did I need them. Even when we didn't have a spirit or ran out they were on top of it. They supplied me with a bottle recommendation list that really helped me shop. Even in the pouring rain they didn't stop setting up and getting everything ready. They even tried marking arrangements to have them get the spirits before our event but I was to busy, but they did come to our venue the day before to look at set up and I met Franco and right out the gate he looked at me and said just relax. It caught me off guard but he could tell I was stressed. It was my wedding but he made me feel at ease. He was so nice and helpful. I knew between working with Amy on the menu and drink and then meeting Franco I had an amazing group of people working with me. The bar was a hit!!! My guests LOVED IT!!!! Amy coordinated the decor to match my theme the virtual menu was amazing!! It was a slide show of pictures of us. Outstanding service. By far the best. Hands down if I ever had any event again and needed a bartender I would call them again. I wish I could have gotten more pictures of the amazing set up I had with them at my venue to add in this review but I'm sure my photographer caught some.

If you are a person of color looking for housing, please proceed with caution when dealing with…read morethis apartment complex. For the past TWO MONTHS, I have consistently attempted to lease a unit. Every single interaction was with Rodney. I left multiple voicemails. No return calls. I was promised follow-up emails after confirming my email address several times. Nothing was ever sent. Most recently, I scheduled a tour and was completely ignored upon arrival -- no communication, no explanation, no professionalism. This is not a coincidence or oversight. There has been a pattern of being dismissed and denied access. Response to the pitiful reply below:: No surprise that you're shifting blame. If you review your camera footage, you will note that there was already someone present in the leasing office at the time I arrived. From my understanding as a prospective resident with a scheduled appointment, it would be reasonable to expect that staff would either acknowledge my arrival or provide direction if additional steps (such as formal check-in) were required. At no point was I approached or instructed to check in, despite being present during my scheduled time. Given the visible camera coverage throughout the facility, I was simply ignored. I arrived on time but are not greeted. The guest card was created only after I called a second time to follow up because I had not received a confirmation email. I have timestamped call logs reflecting my prior communication with your office. Lastly, I'm no longer interested in pursuing or securing housing with this overtly racist property. But, I assure you, this will not be the last of it.

No explanation, no alternatives, no basic courtesy. Being locked out is already stressful. The least you expect is a professional response, even if the provider isn't available. A simple "we're closed" or a referral to another service would have been the bare minimum. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. If this is how customers are treated in a moment of need, I would strongly caution others before relying on this service.
