She led me through a few exercises to help me better identify my goals in life and most important values. This was helpful to some extent but I never felt very clear about next steps. Denises' strategy is to help people believe in themselves and find their own track rather than just telling them, or advising them on what to do next. On the one hand, I believe there is a lot of power in Denises' approach and ultimately people have to be responsible for themselves and whatever career choices they make.
