We stopped here to kill some time before meeting some family members and were really glad we did. They had a really broad selection of crystals and gems as well as clothing, jewelry and gift items. It's a pretty large store, bigger than it looks with plenty to see. The rocks/crystals had information posted about each one. There were plastic bags to put them in and sharpies to write down the price. I thought the variety of rocks and crystals was better than many other shops. When I return to this shop, note to beau.... please leave me here. I presume it's the same shop as the one in Flagstaff only amplified by Sedona. So many beautiful things. I was trying so hard to stay back and see from afar because it was an impromptu day trip and I was not in a position to bring home too many new pals (crystals). Though, I couldn't resist the rainbow moonstones. They had an incredible selection of rings, different styles, different stones oh my. The Shaman bracelets in the display case, I will own one. I just need a few hundred before I head back. See, I was also unable to stand too far back because of the friendly and helpful staff. Granted, browsing around was pretty simple but the moment one of the staff saw something catch my eye, he was right there to offer assistance. I really appreciated it, man I saw some beautiful pieces. This is what I think the crystal shops are all going to be like, only it takes a special place to really lock it in. This crystal store is absolutely beautiful. I loved my visit so much and ended up staying for well over what I organized imagined. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Called ahead and found they allow cats that are contained. We were able to bring ours in in her backpack. She loved it and everyone loved her! I absolutely loved my experience at Crystal Magic! As someone who loves crystals this is the shop where I wanted to be and was so hard to leave. The selection of crystals was so expansive, quite literally anything you could think of. From small crystals to palm stones, towers and beautifully carved stones, they had it all. For the quality of crystals I found the price to be very fair, there is definitely something for all price ranges. Overall, the vibrations were high and the crystals were beautiful. This review is for Trixie at the reading room next to the bookstore. Not only does she have a loving and gentle energy, she is an amazing body worker. I cannot put into words what techniques she used, but my body and soul felt better after my 60 minute session with her. I did love that the staff were all wearing masks. As were the customers. I didn't spend much time here but what I did find is that their prices were reasonable Nd their selections were large. The store was clean and bright. I purchased three items. They were placed in a small plastic bag without any cards (reminding me what quartz/stones) I purchased. Which is ok. I found that at another store and loved it. Also, please ask the staff to speak up and more clearly from the behind their masks. It was very hard to understand the person who checked me out. Also. While visiting Sedona I went in here for the 2nd time. I was pricing stones and crystals around town and this place has the best prices and such a large selection to choose from. Easily found, labeled and also lets you know what each stone is good for. If you don't know what your looking for this can be an obstacle for some people. So KUDOS to Crystal Magic for taking some of the guessing work out of the search for people! They have numerous different items to choose from from books, cards, cloths, crystals, cards, art, figures, music, jewelry etc.... This place is huge and you can easily spend an hour or more in here just on one side before you realize your missing out on the other side of the store! I will most definitely be back! read more

This shop has a good vibe that you feel when you walk in. Staff were out on the floor talking with customers and making sure everyone was finding what they were looking for. Staff was also good about greeting everyone and thanking them for coming in. It was very cool to see that. You didn't feel rushed to shop but there was such a relaxed atmosphere and so much to see. A really nice shop in all respects. Nice people; bright and easy to browse... It's very easy for places with a wide variety of religious views and various cultures represented to fall into the junk business. This is not the case for the Crystal Magic shop. Because I collect cards (fortune telling, tarot, artists' decks, and even some magicians' trick decks) I am always on the lookout for a shop with a connection to the artists of their area, or a buyer who doesn't just take the top of the pub.-list from the major publishers -- and wow! Did I get lucky here, or what? This shop had almost a dozen decks I'd never seen or heard of before. They had sample decks on the shelves so I could see what was in each box -- and though they were sold out of one deck that I wanted, they were not the least bit hesitant to help me get the artist's info off the sample so I could chase it down on the internet (which I did.) There were half a dozen things on their shelves I considered -- but Sedona was our first big stop on a long vacation, so I held off... but the quality of their merchandise was a very pleasant experience, and their prices were reasonable. They have a wide variety of blank leather-bound books and some good books on the shelf-- well worth the stop. read more

One of the best new age stores in the area after checking out just about every one of them. If you know of any more or something better, please PM me the details. Employees are always super friendly to me, letting me know about a product, finding things for me and letting me try out certain things in the store. I am not sure if they offer classes or workshops as I was looking for some but did not see any advertised. If you go outside, they have a bulletin board filled with such advertisements for other such places. Bright, colorful and inviting, this place had it all for me: crystals, gemstones (I am a geology freak), incense, oils, fragrances, books, cd's, jewelry and candles. Many stores in the area are either too expensive, have surly workers, or have a sad collection of items. Not so at this store which is a breath of fresh air. read more

I was trying to avoid all the crystal shops in Sedona because 1. there are so many; 2. i didn't want to get ripped off and 3. very touristy (well, i am a tourist but i feel like places that give off the touristy vibe tend to be less genuine). Although my crystals were calling me, I convinced my friend to stop here on our way out of town. What a terrible idea! We were here probably for 2 solid hours and only really viewed half the store! If we weren't on a time crunch you could easily spend a long time in here and spend a lot of money. I was trying to save my money since this was only the beginning of my trip but I easily spent $70. Great selection of crystals at great prices. if you are looking for that one expensive piece, they have a nice selection or if you are looking for pocket stones they have ones for 50 cents and you can make your own mix match baggie. I loved how they organized the books and they had a section just about Sedona spirituality which I thought was interesting. After leaving this store I felt really drained just from all the crystals jumping out at me to go home with me. i felt like my "spidey-senses" were kind of shot and I couldn't read or feel the crystals towards the end because i had dealt with so many. Very happy with my purposes here and will sure come back if i'm in Sedona. read more

Based off March 2013 Sedona trip. I LOVED this place! The staff, particularly a man, was VERY helpful. In addition, the prices are much lower than the shops on the "strip" in uptown. I shopped both places and preferred this place for loose stones by far. I actually went to this place 3 times over the course of 3 days and bought stuff each time. The products appear quality and there is a wide array of things from books to crystals to sage. Next time I visit, I will def. be stopping by this place (at least once). If you're going to the vortex on your vision quest, you're gonna need some crystals, right? This is a big crystal/metaphysical shop. I am admittedly a beginner at this stuff, but I like trying new things, so I was looking forward to checking this place out. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that they probably have exactly what you're looking for, and also exactly what the universe knows you need (insert sitar music). This place has an open, spacious, yet warm and comfortable setup and is full of light, with plenty of room for browsing and/or quiet contemplation of your purchases. The staff were present and engaged in their shop-maintaining tasks, but seemed very available should you need help. I liked that they gave you some space and were not pushy. The setup of the stones, especially, was really fun to look through. They had nice descriptions of the stones, really well-presented displays, and had stones available in different sizes and at various price points. Also, the shop smelled good without being overpowering. My friend bought an encyclopedia of stones here and we had a good time reading up on our purchases later. read more
