It was my first time in Sedona and one of my goals was to find a good crystal shop. We visited a few but this one seemed the most genuine and authentic while the others were very commercialized. The worker who helped us was very insightful and knowledgeable. I believe his name was Chuck? He helped me find my last crystal, lepidolite, based off of the things I was telling him and I got the most interesting warm feeling from it. Definitely recommend coming here! There are so many crystal and rock shops in Sedona. Many have the same offerings, but I was able to find a pendant at a reasonable price. For me, I just like the appearance of the crystals and rocks and not using them for a "healing" purpose, so I was shopping for what I thought was pretty at a decent price. read more

Arthur was wonderful working with 6 deaf people to get our aura photos. We decided just to get the aura photo without the reading, since the reader was fully booked that day. The process was very easy and simple. You will enter a room. There will be a "box" that you place your hand on and a wrist band on your opposing wrist. The whole process took under 10 minutes. Then you get a very detailed report emailed to you. The aura photo also provided more visual details than we expected, although some charts/graphs aren't fully described in the report. Overall, you still get a great idea of your aura without the reading. We will come back next time and schedule an appointment in advance to get another aura photo plus reading. Highly recommend! The best crystal shop by far, the only one I visit while vacationing in Sedona. I've had the pleasure of getting a aura reading and it was definitely spot on! The people here are really spiritually in tuned. I love how everyone has knowledge of all items within the store. On my most recent visit, I was proposed to prior to visiting the Crystal shop. The staff or no one was aware, it was a pleasure as always to visit, everyone is so genuine. However this time the owner was there and he randomly gifted us items!! Let me remind you this was my third time at the shop and I've never seen or knew who the owner was!! For starters A scarf, and a love stone from Sedona along with some crystals and a crown for my baby girl... The irony is that I was just was proposed to at airport Knoll (the crown chakra) vortex!!! some may call it serendipity or some May Say a coincidence. However I believe that the owner is definitely spiritually in tuned and it validates my intuition for paying Crystal Gratitude a visit whenever I'm in the area. My wife and I ended up here after briefly researching spots in Sedona to get aura photos taken. I was admittedly drawn to the aesthetic of aura photos I'd seen online. The photos taken here are, well, not quite that. They're taken on a little webcam and then printed on paper. When you Google "aura photo", the results you see are shot on something called an AuraCam 6000 with film - that's not used here, though I'm honestly not sure if anywhere in Sedona uses one. If you're mostly after the experience of talking through your aura results, I think it could be fun and might be worth your time, but I kind of feel like the results are just randomly generated and then justified after the fact. I could be wrong though! Important side note - the aura analyst kept his mask off in a small room which was a little weird. Buyer beware! read more

It was our last day in Sedona and we wanted to do an aura reading (when in Rome!). It was definitely interesting, but all four of us felt that the meat of the reading was right at the beginning and the remainder of it was a lot of fluff and small talk which we honestly did not care for -- so it was literally like .. 5-7 minutes of useful and enlightening information about your aura and the rest of the time was a lot of random chatter. I'd rather have had her go into more detail about my aura rather than pull examples from her personal life but maybe that's just me. Don't get me wrong, she was great and extremely friendly and nice, but I'd rather get down to business (which she'd know from my aura!) The store itself has a ton of variety and beautiful crystals and the staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable. read more

There are various sizes and prices for each crystal or rock so you can find something in your price range with enough searching. They also sell a cool selection of crystal skulls, and beautiful sparkling jewelry. In addition, they are one of the few stores in Sedona that is open after 6 P.M. The associate at the store was very friendly and welcomed us to pick up and touch any of the crystals and rocks for sale. At the onset, I have to admit to not being particularly into anything new age so it is on me for entering. The staff is very friendly but the whole thing feels like a racket. I did a reading for fun and the entire thing was based upon what over priced crystals needed to be purchased. Was even encouraged after the reading to buy the suggested stones. It is entirely possible that the people believe these high priced stones will do something but pushing it like that feels like a scam. I wonder how many vulnerable people in bad positions spend a lot of money listening to that advice. read more

Lots of stuff from India, but neither of the store workers had ever been there. My wife purchased a small, pink crystal heart for $36.21. We went next door and found the exact same thing for $10-$15. I live in Southern California, but fell in love with Sedona. Ever since I first came through and found this store, I always make sure to come back at least once a year. The staff are all very friendly, kind, and welcoming. They're extremely helpful, and treat you with respect. They're very easy to talk to. They have a lot going on, from the beautiful yard around back where people can get their zen, to the array of products and services. I only wish I lived closer so that I could visit them every day! One of my absolute favorite things, is that they're very dog friendly. I have a small dog who goes almost everywhere with me, and they welcomed him into the store as if he were a person. It made it very convenient to browse and chat with them at leisure, without worrying about having someone watch him, or finding a shady place to have him stay.
