LaTonya has been with Merry Maids for six and one/half years. I enjoy talking with them. Although they talk with me and take a genuine interest in our family; they always remain exceptionally professional. And appreciative. My pups love them. Previous: excellent customer service and attention to detail. Four stars only because we have been using them for slightly less than two years. Nothing but positive comments. Very easy to work with management to coordinate cleaning services. Very pleased. UPDATE 8/1/2017. Our house has been under "interior remodeling" going on six weeks. Our cleaning schedule has been altered, canceled (by me), rescheduled, you name it. I have been dealing primarily with Karen in the main office. She is so easy to talk with and coordinate with. I am especially pleased with our most recent cleaning. Our hardwood floors were cleaned twice (upon special arrangement) because they were so dirty ... so much interior work and dogs ... (I alone make a big mess). Today after finding out work would be continuing in the kitchen on Thursday, Karen and Carol offered to switch our every other week schedule. Very accommodating!! They explained the two different options for my floors. It took them two times but the floors look nice. My problem is with the damage that was done to my house. My contract said that touch ups would be needed to the trim. What wasn't in the contract was that my walls and light switches would be ruined. My trim has gashes from the sander, so now they need to be replaced. And no where does it say that I would be yelled at and degraded by a man. I will never recommend them to anyone! Horrible customer service! To think that verbally attacking women is appropriate!

They built them in the shop and installed them, they look GREAT. The crew that installed the windows were very neat and cleaned up before they left. Even cleaned the windows so I didn't have to. Had Bethlehem windows install our Bay window a few years ago. First they forced the wrong size…read morewindow in the spot of the old one , week later when it rained I had water all over leaking down the wall ( which cracked from all the water damage ) they refused to fix it knowing they shoved the wrong size window in to begin with . I had to get the window manufacturer involved for them to take the wrong size window out and put the new window in . Since then it's been nothing but a problem. They've been out before to fix the leaks and say the caulking is bad .? How can this be ? When you caulk a tub and water is used it don't leak ? This is by far one of the worst experiences ever . I had windows put in the rest of my home my a local one man company and haven't had one issue once !!! They lost out on that job because of the owners attitude and when he conducts his business . He's a poor business man with a bad attitude he's all about the money not what the customer needs . I don't recommend them to any one !
