I've been a loyal customer for a number of years. Although the management has changed the ownership remains the same. Overall... I am still quite pleased with the quality. I'm able to get same-day service when I bring my laundry in around 9 AM. Whenever I've had an issue they have been very kind and gotten it rectified. Considering other options. I'm a three-times-a-charm kind of guy. In this case, I have been more than patient with Crystal Cleaners. There was a time, many moons ago, when you could count on a task completed when they gave you their word. However, this is probably the fifth time they have told me something will be ready by X time only for me to arrive and be told it won't be ready until tomorrow or sometime in the future. Once, they pulled this on me three days in a row. I would arrive, there would be confused milling around and then sheepish apologies. Today was the last straw. Pity really, I've been a loyal customer for years. To any future customers, this business has changed hands a few times in the last two years. The original owners were awesome, the new ones.. near epic fail. You have been warned. To the staff. BE HONEST. No one likes a yes man. If a garment will take longer than stated, a simple phone call or mention when dropping off will save a lot of unnecessary headaches. I would not recommend. read more

Been a customer for years and HIGHLY disappointed in their current staff. Went to drop off for same day pick up. Got there before 10, as that is what the sign says. He told me that downstairs there clock was different so I needed to drop off earlier. UM...NO. We spend $50-60 dollars a week here. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Guys BEWARE of this place. My grandfather has always gone here and never had an issue until now. He went to pick up clothing with his ticket and the Asian lady told him they have been there for three weeks and that it was too long. She didn't give him his clothes and even ripped up his ticket. Item brought in was returned with a new stain, which after a few weeks of back and forth for cleaning was nearly removed. Management flatly refused to meet in the middle regarding the cost of the initial dry clean, so paid full price for a dry clean where the item was returned worse than when it was brought in. read more
