I asked Tailor Experts to hem 3 pants to a 36 inch length. They've done a perfect job before. This time Tailor Experts hemmed the pants to 34, I say 33, inches. They treated me as if I was trying to steal money from them. Taylor Expert only refunded the cost of 2 pants for which I had a receipt. They refused to refund what I paid for getting the pants hemmed. Tailor Experts also refused to refund the third pair of pants because was a present. I offered to get the receipt. The store manager said they would not accept the receipt because I could get any receipt. Bottom line... I felt disrespected and treated as if I it was my fault they hemmed my pants too short. Will be looking for a new tailor that can be trusted.
