Thorough testing clearly showed the clutches to be worn out and needing to be replaced (and we are 400 miles from home on a Friday afternoon). Tony Lee (the owner) had the parts, gave us priority for the repairs, and he stayed late on Friday to rebuild the Escalade's heavy-duty transmission. It was installed the next morning and we continued our vacation to N. Myrtle Beach. Tony let us park our camper next to his garages and provided electric and water hookups for the night. He even let us use his wife's Escalade so we could drive into Scranton for dinner. And he took the time to show me his race cars. What a great professional experience.
