I will never forget this company as one that tried to ruin such a special day for me & my husband, our wedding day. Just moments after our wedding ceremony ended (we were literally still taking our photos in the church) the owner, Masis, calls my husband and starts threatening him because we had another vendor at our venue (Gold Shaker Bartending - a professional company you should use instead of this fraudulent company). When inquiring about every vendor we used for our wedding, there were contracts and deposits placed to confirm every booking. Crystal bartenders didn't do any of that and even ignored all the reach outs from my husband asking for updates. They showed up to our wedding venue unannounced and forced my husband to send them $200 in order to leave or else they'd ruin our night. Being the bigger person and trying to avoid further conflict on our wedding day, we venmod the $200 for absolutely no reason. It makes my blood boil to this day that these people are literal robbers. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere. read more

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! Hired them for a mixer and they sent the most hardworking and polite bartenders. Both of them from the start were professionals, even in the heat! It was so hot I couldn't get the umbrellas to open and never once did they complain. We provided alcohol and my client didn't have much of a budget, so I was afraid how drinks were going to taste with the alcohol they had bought (which was very inexpensive brands) ALL THE DRINKS WERE AMAZING! so delicious, I don't know how they did it! Fire show!! Is a MUST for entertainment! Everything was perfect! I would say the one thing, is to be flexible with what time you want your fire show. Wow where do I begin with the horrific service I received from the owner of this company. I had a wedding a couple weeks ago and tried to book Crystal Bartending a month before my wedding. After not getting a response from the owner for my booking after multiple calls and texts and no contract sent I ended up going with another company. On the day of my wedding Crystal Bartending decided to show up to my venue (with no communication, confirmation on our previous talks, deposits or anything) and insisted that I give them $200 to leave. I was extremely confused because I was getting threatened by the owner Masis and was told over and over to give him $200 to leave the venue or else he would stay and "make my wedding day the worst day possible" I didn't want to deal with the trouble so I ended up giving him $200 to leave (through Venmo). This company and the owner is a fraud and no one should ever use them. No one should feel threatened or get threatened on their wedding day. Last week our Holiday Party requested a open bar at Brandview banquet hall and Crystal Bartenders showed up, poured and mixed drinks all night and gave us a jaw dropping fire show performance! (Thank You Masis!) I'll start off by saying the bar was OPEN BAR from 7pm - 1am! WHAT!? This wasn't cheap liquor either... We had top shelf bottles and fantastic specialty drinks custom made with a handful of our employee's names on them projected on the screens above so guests can see the ingredients in them. The fire show mentioned above included everything from lighting the bar on fire, to breathing fire, to flare bottle juggling between bartenders to a flaming chocolate shot.
