All the trees and grass space in the back is so pretty, but in early spring the pollen literally falls off the trees onto your body while you're walking around events. The setting with all the candles, and the 4 performers was perfect. The talent of these 4 women was remarkable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The one thing I didn't like was the parking situation. There was just not enough parking for all the patrons so it was a bit chaotic. And this is not a venue problem, but a people problem. I don't understand how people come to events like this and choose to talk throughout the performance. It ruins it for everyone around them. After 4 songs, I finally turned around and asked if they would please be quiet so we could all enjoy the music.

As a guest at a wedding here, I wasn't impressed. The event hall has high ceilings and big windows, and there is a small stage area for whatever celebrations you have planned. There's really nothing that stands out about the space - everything will need to be done and decorated by you and your people. In the "main house" area there's limited space to have seating or bar tables for your guests. Upstairs the rooms for getting dressed or event prep are beautiful, but the cleaning staff moved items for the bridal party from the bridal suite into a supply closet between the rehearsal and the day of the event (literally 12 hour time window). Why?

In all honesty, I don't consider this a "Tampa location." This venue is in Fishhawk Ranch which is still in Hillsborough County but almost Manatee County. Anyway, we used waze to find it and the venue is very nice. It has a good sized parking lot and is nice and wide open and bright on the inside. I assume where the tea party was held is a big ballroom that the group used to construct a couple rooms for us "guests" to go through before we made it to the tea party. It has got to be a really big space and looking at my photos you can see that anything can be done with the space. As we left we went out the patio and through the garden space, which is also large. One could have a big outdoor event there, with or without a tent. Overall, it was a nice event at a nice venue and if you are looking for a venue on the Hillsborough-Manatee border, it would be a great pick.

There are a few different areas: covered seating where the restrooms are, another area with tables and chairs for eating, an uncovered patio area, a covered patio with cornhole and patio chairs. They have a nice sized stage for your DJ or band. The area for dancing in front of the stage is not covered (that I remember) and the floor is brick pavers. They had 2 areas that were bars. There was a Photo Booth, and a 360° booth, and several areas to take nice photos. I can't say if they were included because I didn't book it but as a guest this is a beautiful place. Not sure how it would be in the summer time but it was chilly and they do have the stand up propane heaters. I wish I had taken more photos.
