I usually have the same woman cut my hair although I don't know her name, she cuts its exactly how I want it and offers her advice on how I should go about it certain ways. This time around, I had someone different cut my hair, and in the moment I thought, "ok I have the EXACT SAME picture I always use so it'll come out how I want." In addition, the photo I had showed the length at a middle/ almost short length. Upon further looking at my hair and comparing it to the photo reference, it doesn't match. I'm really saddened because I wanted my hair to look nice for a very special occasion I have coming up. I'm not even sure if I want to go back to ask if someone else can fix my hair. While the prices are affordable, I'm just not sure this salon is going to be my go to anymore.

Saturday morning rolled around and still not a single one of us recieved a response from her, then by that afternoon we began to panic even more and made the decision to search for other options not knowing if she had proof of liability or would even show up on the day of the wedding since we couldn't get a hold of her. We had so many people scrambling to help us find a replacement and at such short notice this was such a stressful task to handle. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING YOU DO TO A BRIDE THE DAY BEFORE HER WEDDING! After the venue pulled some strings and helped us find a replacement we finally hear back late Saturday from Laiba telling us she just sent over the proof. A little to late and no apologies for the lack of response. This is unprofessional, inconsiderate and cruel to cause this added stress to a bride hours before her wedding.
