There were also signs signs up around the gym warning the members against bullying other patrons. Which I guess is something they have an issue with. I'm not paying money every month for some musclehead with too much testosterone to pick a fight with me to stoke his ego. Avoid this place. I've been working out at CFFD for about 3 years now and I love the fact that my back no longer hurts in the morning when I get up! That alone is worth getting up for the early class. I highly recommend CFFD and plan to be there for a long time to come.
