She starts off with a one-on-one meeting to go over what exactly you are looking to do fitness-wise (and as we are women, we probably all have the same goal - flat tummy, nice bum, tone arms and legs etc.) and then she gets you started. The classes are two times a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and you can choose either early morning or evening. She is also a specialist in postnatal fitness and does "mummy tummy repair" as she calls it. Right from the first class you can tell the workout is having an effect and despite how easy it seemed to be, the day after you feel the burn, which is exactly what I look for! Her prices are also way cheaper than most and she gives excellent value.

Since I was a member, I was quickly able to check-in to the pool. When I went into the Locker Room, the place was quiet and it was clean(everything was clean technically), which I liked.
