This was a visit in February 2026. This was my first (of 2 in 12 hours) visit to a Crumbl. The establishment is clean upon entering. The staff is young, but attentive. The cookies are great! Maybe next visit to a crumbl I'll get pictures. read more

Crumbl is cool. The flavors change weekly so the good news is if the flavors aren't that great this week, there are new options next week. I'm still not completely sold on the chilled cookies. Otherwise they get some really good flavors every now and then! Seems like they're also transitioning just from cookies to desserts because they'll often have pies or cakes. The cookies are pricey. I like the mini cookie option so that I can try different flavors without breaking calorie (or money) bank. Service at this location could be better. I walked in and wasn't really sure how it worked. I was there for a while without a greeting. I finally just started messing with the tablet to figure it out. A group came in behind me. The guy at the front counter making cookies barely mumbled "welcome." Doubt if they even heard it. Maybe he was having a bad day. I've been to other locations sense and had a much better experience. read more

The service here is absolutely HORRIBLE! They don't even look at you , much less speak or say thank you . I would hate for the manager to actually speak or say Hi to anyone . Worst customer service ever. read more

Cookies are very good- however, the staff did not acknowledge anyone and didn't show the cookies when they presented them for us to see. They also got the order wrong, but we left and took them anyway. The cookies tasted so good, but the team there needs to say hello & show the order before the patrons leave. Also, a thank you or have a great day would be nice. It was not a happy place to get cookies in here today at all- read more

Great cookies with awesome staff. Easy to order in the app with a fast grand and go service! Later hours that make it convenient for any schedule! People often complain of high prices but you get what you pay for..you can't put a price on a cookie the good! read more

First time trying Crumbl cookies and wasn't impressed. Had a lemon cookie that was very sweet with minimal lemon flavor. The restaurant itself wasn't as clean as it should be (mid afternoon visit, no other customers). The ordering tablet was NOT clean and display cookies were messy and unappealing. On one cookie ($4.50), the recommended tip was $2. Considering the workers were standing around talking, and simply put a cookie in a box, I'd say that's pretty extravagant. I def wouldn't go back to this location, and probably no others either. All hype IMHO. read more

Disclaimer: this is a review solely on the service. I ordered a 6 pack as a treat for my team. The blueberry cheesecake cookies were SALTY. I didn't get complaints about the other cookie's. I called the next day and Eric was awesome. He was aware of the issue and offered an exchange of refund without having to spend a lot of time explaining. I sent my colleagues in with their respective cookies and they said they had no complications with the exchange and was happy with the "replacement". Kuddos for the great customer care. read more

One star is too much. Entered the store. 4 or 5 employees working behind the counter. Not one of them greeted us or engaged in any way. You are supposed to order at the counter on the kiosk. No one talks to you. To top it off, they do not take cash. NO CASH, NO BUSINESS. It should be my choice whether I use my card or cash, not theirs. This is a terrible business. I don't care how good or bad their cookies are I will not buy them. read more

Cookies are really good! First impression walking in the door was not so good. We were never greeted. Glass door was covered with smudges, floors were really dirty and counter top where you pick up your order was covered in frosting and crumbs. When handed box of cookies, the box was sticky with frosting on the outside, the store was not busy. We were only customers at the time. There were 4 employees. 3 of them talking, doing nothing. The only one working was the one who filled our order. Sad that a new store had such a bad presentation. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history.
