Crumbl is on top of the cookie game. These are a little pricey but have a unique concept with new releases weekly. The Raspberry Butter Cake Cookie is going to be one that I look for every week. It was soft, buttery, fruity, and almost a little doughy. A staple was the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk cookie, I would take this over chocolate chip any day. Before we had a crumbl here we used to get them at my job when I worked in the Sarasota office. I was so glad once they opened one here because it's exciting to try the different cookie flavors and now I was able to more often. I've only had two take out orders so far, since I did place my order online I only waited for them to box up my cookies and were on my way. On the app you are supposed to mark yourself here for them to start assembling your box but for some reason it's never worked for me but everyone is so nice so just let them know and they'll take care of you! So I have heard all the hype on these cookies and have seen the lines of customers waiting to get their hands on them in the new Cape Coral location. We waited a couple of weeks after the opening to see if we even wanted to stop by. We randomly drive by, saw no line and decided to take a chance and go in. While there was not a line outside there was a line inside and so we still waited about 30 min for these cookies. Once inside we placed our order at the kiosk and waited another 5 minutes for our cookies to come out. The cookies are huge and they are super delicious, very sugary. Greta great cookie haven't had a cookie this dang good since mrs. fields cookies I might have to say Crumbl cookie has a better cookie then fields sorry They give you a choice of six different cookies per week they're always different but they are always good. I know I am probably only one of the only people that really isn't impressed with crumbl, but my opinion is my option. We only picked up a pack of four cookies, the pack we assembled was a lemon cream pie, a chocolate crumb (which was Oreo, a cookie butter white chip and a peanut butter crisp(butterfinger tasting), they weren't bad, but not out of this world kind of tasting. The staff though was friendly and great and they even let the kids hold up signs and take pictures on the wall, the kids loved that! Crumbl makes delicious, fresh cookies. They have a weekly rotation for flavors, so make sure to check the options of the week. The line took about 15 minutes wait time. It's definitely on the pricier side for cookies, but you get what you pay for. The staff is friendly, the location is aesthetically pleasing and clean. We loved the regular chocolate chip, the s'mores, the cheesecake, and the double chocolate cookie. They're also available on Uber eats (it costs more though). We were super happy that Crumbl cookie opened in cape and have ordered maybe twice from them so far with a decent experience. BUT, this experience wasn't good, nor safe. We bought some Crumbl for our family, and as we were trying the cookies, we found out there were balled up shards of plastic in them?? Obviously this was a workers error, assuming they are made in house. But it just seems very concerning. While the cookies are great, this location cannot get their customer service game together. An order that said pick up in ten minutes had to be refunded after the 2nd hour of waiting, an hour of which was in person with no one helping. Had an extremely dissatisfying experience yesterday with this location. Around noon I went on the website and saw they offered delivery; I placed an order and then called the store to make sure it was received because it was $100 and going to a school so I wanted to make sure they read the notes to go to the front office. She informed me it was a door dash delivery; which i was not happy about at all. Nowhere did it indicate it would be doordash, I honestly thought they had their own driver. Deceiving website. I would have picked the cookies up myself if I knew, as the cookies were going to school for a class party and I didn't really want a stranger in possession of them. I received the door dash text and checked the status periodically; I noticed the driver was nowhere near the school. I texted the driver and asked where she was going. She called but didn't speak English so it was very difficult as I tried to tell her she is at the wrong location. She couldn't figure out what to do. I called the store and they said they could have another driver attempt the delivery, I said no bc the cookies are now traveling all around town with random people and they wouldn't get to school on time to enjoy them before dismissal. I said they need to get there by 2:30 at the absolute latest and we were running out of time so no. We agreed I would pick up a fresh order the next morning and would ask for a refund for my delivery and tip. Low an behold a ping on the phone that a new doordasher was taking my order. Apparently, the first driver went back to the store and returned the items. I was furious and called the store but they would not answer, seeing my phone number (not that I did anything wrong). I called 5-6 more times over the next 20 minutes and no one would pick up. What kind of service is this? What kind of manager would allow that? I did nothing wrong at all. The 2nd driver got to the school at 2:46PM. The children pack up at 2:45PM. As the kids were LITERALLY leaving the classroom at 2:50 the secretary ran up and handed each a cookie on the way out the door. I had ordered 2 cookie cutters as the plan was to cut the 24 full-size cookies ($00 spent) so each one could enjoy different pieces. No follow-up call, no refund, no sorry, no nothing! What a waste of my money as they did not enjoy. I am truly disappointed bc I don't understand why they resent the cookies after I specifically said not to and that I would pick them up. Poor management at this location. I will never purchase another cookie from the, for any event. read more
